It's normally alright, but tonight I was wondering why the guy at the window was chuckling when he handed me my food and when I unwrapped my burger there was no patty :( I was too tired to even go back and deal with this but what the heck guys?

Walked in no customers in drive thru nor in resturaunt. Heard employees just talking and talking. I know one of them saw me but ignored me. Unprofessional. Still kept talking. 10/27/25 @ 0715. Didn't get to order anything.

One of my go to spots for feeding the family when not wanting to cook, but lately they keep getting it wrong, put in orders online and have to get part of it back cause they can't follow simple instructions and don't give me what I paid for, manager should probably get new people who can read

Terrible!! I waited in drive thru for like 5 min and no one was even talking to the 1 guy in front of me so I backed out of the drivethru to go inside because i thought maybe this guy just cant make up his mind but i never heard anyone taking his order until i was walking in the front door. Then i stand inside, one guy in front of me, i finally ask him if hes already been helped and he said yes but he looked impatient like hed been waiting awhile. I dont know how many people were working but i only saw 1 person on drive thru, and one putting a sandwich together. Nobody said I'll be right with you, no one even acknowledged that i was even there. Another guy walks in now standing behind me, still no one. If you are understaffed I totally get that but to not even acknowledge people and be able to multi task the 2 people you were helping is ridiculous! I left and went to Carl's jr where I got in and got out in 4 min
