The wait time was unexpectedly long—about 20 minutes for two kids’ meals—and the order was still missing a sauce. The restaurant was not busy and appeared to be well-staffed, so the delay was surprising. Additionally, my son noted that the restroom was in poor condition. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but the service fell short. Overall, this was the slowest Burgerville location I’ve visited.

Y'all need to get some more workers on this place. The people here seem really nice, the food is pretty good, but they were stretched thin and I felt really bad cause I initially got annoyed until I saw it was like a few people. I think that more workers would help with making this place better.

Those lightly battered asparagus spears are amazing. YUMMY locally grown foods, and friendly service too. Everything here is delicious. I wait impatiently each year for the Walla Walla onion rings. Soooo amazingly good. The pepper bacon burger is still my favorite burger. The vanilla shakes are to die for.

Went here last night waited in drive thru line for 40 min. When I got up to the window they said they didn't have my order ,I told them what I ordered at the speaker and it was a simple order. But they told me to go back around and get back in line after waiting 40 min unacceptable!!! Very bad customer service!! Burgerville used to serve with love not anymore!! They have gone down hill. I will never go back!!!

Nothing special. Actually quite pricey for what it is. The burger toppings were fresh. That's about the only upside. The beef patties them selves were dry and over cooked. I felt like I could have gotten similar quality and possibly better at a few fast food chain establishments for about half the price. The person working the window was nice. They are open late so if you are in a bind and don't care about cost.
