Always good, great employees. Always stop here when going thru albany oregon. Everyone working here is doing an amazing job and should get a raise imo! Last visit i tried something new and got a pomegranate iced drink, can't remember the exact name but it was AMAZING! Very unique flavor and can't wait to go back. Love their burger sauce and you can buy it by the jar here too which is great to use at home as we dont have a burgerville where I live.

It's fast food, so not judging the atmosphere. Overall, it was a good visit. One thing I don't like is these towns that have signs on the Interstate and you have to drive two miles off the freeway to get to the place so that ticked me off. I ordered a half pound burger and so did my kid and we had some onion rings and a drink for her. Total cost was 32 bucks, which for fast food is a lot (yeah it's fast food, they have a drive thru) and now I know why I don't eat out at fast food places. You order your food and they bring it out to you but still fast food. Overall the food was good and I know some folks say the quality is worth it but for me, it's a bit spendy for fast food. This was my first time at Burgerville in years and I probably won't go back anytime soon due to the cost and value for fast food. I'd rather go to a sit down place. I didn't look at the receipt but I wonder if they charged my kid (me) for the two things of ranch for her onion rings. Again, good food but def pricey even if all the ingredients are local.

I absolutely love Burgerville, and with the rising cost of other fast food places its worth it to just pay the difference to go here. I rarely have issues with my order, and staff are always quick and easy to get along with during our visits. Can be a bit difficult to go to though during super busy hours as their parking lot is small and sometimes gets backed up to the side street.

First time coming here and we were very impressed! Driving through Oregon on a roadtrip and craving a burger, my boyfriend and I were getting extremely irritated that literally everything we could find on Google was a smash burger. If I wanted 1/16 of an inch of dry meat I’d get a bag of jerky. We finally scrolled the map enough to find Burgerville and the pictures showed actual normal sized hamburgers! Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. We ate on the patio and omg the food was so good. We both got the #6 add bacon 1/2lb (which is two 1/4lb patties) and whatever is in the Burgerville sauce is liquid gold. Got some ranch for our fries which was also delicious. I got the salted caramel white chocolate macadamia cookie and I’m not kidding it was top 3 cookies I think I’ve ever eaten. We will definitely be back next time we’re somewhere with a Burgerville

Friendliest crew at a fast food joint I’ve EVER experienced. We took forever to order (didn’t know what I wanted) & the gentleman taking our order was so patient & answered every question we had. Get to the window & get handed free cookies to sample :,-) Will absolutely be coming back!

My wife and I ate here a couple of days ago. Most places to sit at were not clean and their Garlic Aoli sauce is not recommended. Sandwiches and fries are still amazing as usual but it just seems too small of a restaurant to eat inside. I definitely have had much better experiences at other Burgerville locations.
Good overall experience. We had ate at the location inside. Our order was brought to the table but it was incorrect. They took care of it and remade our order correctly but it did take longer. We weren't in a hurry so it was fine. We like the better beef they use and the gf bun option. They were busy too. I will say that the large fry size was smaller than expected. If you are thinking it's like a 5 guys large fry, it's not. They are good fries though. We will go again. Thanks Albany crew!
