I love the food. My issue is when u pay at the drive thru they ask for a tip. 1 meal is 18$ and they want a tip for handing me a bag. I’m a server who lives on tips but that is for full service. I shouldn’t have to feel bad because I’m not tipping the drive thru. Should not be an option

Hadn't been to a burgerville in over 20 years since we don't have them in southern oregon. Man I forgot how good they are! Just the regular tillamook cheeseburger with large fries and large coke were perfect for me. A little expensive but by far the best fast food burger you can get. Dill ranch was a nice surprise and their Chipotle sauce was great as well.

It's better food than some other fast food. The outside could use some cleaning especially around the tables. It seemed like there were not enough people on staff. Very nice girl at the front but she looked very overwhelmed.
