Buddy couldn't get app to work at drive thru so we told them we'd come inside. They were zero help. Guy said it was new to them, and didn't bother asking anyone else if they knew, and we showed him exactly how it kept screwing up. Was just kinda lame. Drive thru lady was sweet and patient on intercom w us, so 2 star.

Ordered a chicken , bac, cheese sandwich , received a bac, cheese burger that wasn't warm. Some reasons phones are down other store of airport road unhelpful. Return my money please, dog didn't even eat it does that tell you anything.

I ordered two things a famous star with cheese and a regular cheeseburger with extra pickles. And a large fry. I got two different hamburgers order onion rings and I told the guy the hell of it I'll just take it we left the hamburgers were the worst ever I will never go to a fast food restaurant again I just don't know why I do this to myself never again

I have honestly had very minimal issues with this particular location. The employees have always been friendly and attentive. The restrooms have always been clean with the exception of a few times when it needed a little attention. The tables are generally cleaned shortly after a customer leaves the store, and the food is usually hot and correct once I receive it. There are times when the wait is longer than usual, but this is a decent location overall.
Sam is incredibly nice. Best fast food experience in a very long time! My kids kept changing their mind and he had lots of patience with the changes!

The employee who helped us was extremely kind and friendly. They seemed as though they thoroughly enjoyed what they were doing and had a smile on their face the entire time.Fries were delicious and drinks were nice and cold.My only complaint is there were so many onions on my burger that that was all I could taste in some bites.
