For 40 dollars the ribeye should have been cooked Medium rare like we asked. My steak was chewy with alot of grissle.

The younger staff that look to be in there teens are very judgemental and you can see them whispering while looking at people almost like making fun of people. I think the staff could be better bc what I've seen are slackers. Food service was alright not the best though. Server gave a bit of attitude but as a former server I understood but it got annoying with how clearly annoyed they were. Burger was good for the price. Do better on ur staffs behavior though.

The tattooed women I gave my order to and went over three fkg times and she still got it wrong and I tipped the worthless trash unfortunately. Don’t eat there it’s expensive when they make it not how you ordered it.

i was very disappointed in the prime rib philly. they gave me the au jus for their French dip with it and it was not distinguishable from colored water. Other than it being a simple sit down two course meal with a salad, I'm not sure there's much to distinguish the sandwich i got from the prime rib philly that arbys has on occasion

3rd visit here, 2 in our party ordered 8oz tri tip steaks @ $29.99 / plate. I ordered mine medium, it was VERY well done, both of us commented it was so tough that each bite took 40 chews to break it down. The serving size looked more like 5 oz than 8 oz.
I really should have sent the steaks back but we didn't have time to wait another 40 mins for the food to arrive.
The steak came with what appeared to be frozen bagged vegetables. Wow. Should have been $14.99 / plate not $29.99.

Silver lining of the visit was Connor our waiter, who was polite and attentive. The food, not at all.

All I can say is WOW!!! The server, Isaac, was out of this world FANTASTIC. The busser, Efrin was on top of his game! These boys really put Cascade Grill on the map. I will definitely be heading back in, when I am in town. Isaac knew the menu down to the T. Efrin was speedy and spot on with his assistance with his tasks. My time was spent with family and we all agreed food was was DEVINE and service blew our minds 😊.

My mom's favorite restaurant. On the spendy side.

My husband and I had a very relaxed and delicious lunch here. We were on a day out to explore the Albany historic district, and this was well worth the extra drive to get to the East of town. A first visit for us, after a recommendation from a relative having had a works-do meal here. We will definitely visit again.

Underwhelming. Took my wife for her birthday dinner order drinks and dinner for a total of $72.49 she ordered the 12oz prime rib medium rare it came out a grayish medium. The flavor was good and the stake was tender but that’s all the good comments for that dinner. I ordered the wedge special it came with 4 flame broiled shrimp that were cold ish and did not appear freshly cooked and a child size wedge salad that had a good amount of toppings but no blue cheese chunks and very little dressing. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was slow and lacked interaction. The restaurant was slow and lacked guests but that could be we had an early dinner walking in before 4 and left shortly after 5 on a Saturday evening. We give a 2 star review and would suggest Elmer’s for local and Outback if you are willing to drive both have had better service and food for cheaper. Sadly both are chains. One good thing I failed to mention the 1 mixed drink was really good. Better bar the stake house for sure.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service is very slow, and the atmosphere is very lackluster. Prices felt a little high, but overall, it was a good experience.

I got the salmon with a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was great. The potatoes could be better for the price point, but that's just my palette.
