Worst service in Albany. As a Dasher it's our job to make sure items are correct before we leave the store they are unwilling to even speak to you if you attempt to try they are very rude and yell at you. I won't be going back there I just wanted to confirm it was sauce in there I didn't need to be screamed at. Remember your service affects my service we both have jobs to do be respectful be polite that's how you earn and keep
business it's called customer service.

As usual, I have zero idea what to expect when ordering through the app. Ordered a double chicken bowl and received the smallest bowl I’ve ever gotten with a tiny portion of steak. It was considerably smaller than any single portion bowl I’ve ever gotten. There is no way to contact the restaurant directly. They just don’t answer the phone and if you call back the automated receptionist just refers you to an email. Then the process to file a complaint is drawn out. Clearly they are just hoping you give up and drop it. This is a known issue as far as potion size goes when ordering online. What a joke. Stupid me for continuing to give them my business.
Comically small portions! I’ve kept coming back as the bowls got less and less full over the years, but I can’t anymore. The downfall of chipotle is a tragedy

Was a wonderful experience. Simple to read and understand menu. Great choices to add to what you ordered. Staff was polite and accommodating. Tables were clean and ready for use. Definitely coming back here again.

Never again. Tonight I went in and ordered a chicken bowl at the Albany Oregon chipotle and it was disgusting. I have never left a review but this was just pretty bad. I got my order to go. It cost $20, and it’s the worst $20 I’ve ever spent my life. I also looked it up on the website before I came in and it only came out to be like $15 so I’m not sure why it cost so much more in store. Anyways the guacamole, was freezing cold and the beans were hard.. I thought it was supposed to be like QDOBA but they just have the same atmosphere and menu items but the food actually tastes like what it’s supposed to… :/

I don’t know what exactly is going on. But, We ordered a steak and chicken bowl in a hurry, cause we had to leave to another town. When we opened up our order, it wasn’t a bowl. It was a burrito! I tried calling there’s no way to contact the store. I tried using the mobile app. It tells me I have to go back to the store. There’s no way of rectifying your order once you leave the location if you can’t get back. I’m very dissatisfied Chipotle everybody should get what they pay for. I’ve never had an issue with you guys making my order. Clearly in the reviews, this has recently happened to another customer. I’m pretty sure there is other customers this has happened to. Perhaps they just don’t feel comfortable enough to bring it up to the store.

Went in and waited till the workers decided who was going to help us. I let the lady know I was ordering a burrito and a bowl. She prepared my burrito with an attitude and dumped the hot sauce on the burrito, then went to start helping the next person. The second worker told her she still had to prepare the bowl. I wish I hadn't walked in when I did. They were having some millennial power trip and the customers paid the price. She dumped more of the hottest hot sauce on the bowl also. The total was over $40 for two of us. I tried not to bite the hot sauce pile but it was mixed in and had to deal with gut rot for the rest of the day.
This facility needs to hire more professional people with customer service experience. Not just hire Hispanics cause the manager is Hispanic. Leave your power trips at home when you go to work and professionally tend to your customers.

Tried to go on my lunch but the doors were locked. The sign said they should be open, Google said they should be open. No sign on the door or nothing.
I don't normally post reviews but this visit today showed that someone is either playing jokes or just not wanting to make orders properly. I made an online order for a bowl with both chicken and steak added. I added double protein using the points I accumulated which gives me one full scoop of each meat. Instead I got a rice bowl with maybe a quarter scoop of both proteins. Customer service gave me a free entree to compensate but I still wanna bring this up. Hopefully this issue gets resolved.
What is there to say about this place that hasn't already been said about most Chipotles the service is crap the food is okay at best management and most of the workers have a real bad attitude you might as well go across the street to Del
