The staff are nice. However, not once have I left with a fully correct order in the last 5-6 months. Every time I've gotten food here recently, there are ingredients (or full items) missing from my order. I should have known to check my order before I left at this point. I got home with a burrito full of nothing but refried beans.

It's a great value play. For the quality it is pretty surprising how low their prices are. Also wish it was just a little bit more consistent. I've eaten there at 7 or 8 times and there's definitely a fluctuation on portion ratios.

So idk how this came to be, but the prices are hight The food is there, but it's small amount. Been coming here for years. Quality has wavered over the years but this time we came thru and idk what to say. Gal didn't speak English or Spanish and looked like a south African immigrant. Not her fault just bad price bad quantity and when we tried to ask she could not help and she was all alone up front. Idk not going back for a while
Yesterday, I witnessed a bunch of younger employees harassing another employee so much that she left the store crying. That is not the professionalism that someone should expect from employees. You need to hold all your employees to higher standards.

The tacos here are great I even like the new shrimp tacos. For some reason though the fish tacos here suck compared to the del tacos in Arizona I don't know why that is but it's a bummer because that was my favorite thing from there. But it's kind of hard to screw up a taco and the shrimp tacos as I said are pretty fantastic so as far as fast food goes this place is way better than Taco Bell.

Tonight has been the night from H e double hockey sticks with this place. My children wanted a simple quesadilla with no sauce. We got home it was missing. My husband went all the way back, it took like 40 min. When he got home it was NOT the right one, had chicken in it. WTH??? my kids crying for their food that we PAID for TWICE! The worst fast experience. Oh and they DID NOT provide receipts either. So no way to call corporate with time and store numbers, pretty convenient 🤔 🙄
