Tonight has been the night from H e double hockey sticks with this place. My children wanted a simple quesadilla with no sauce. We got home it was missing. My husband went all the way back, it took like 40 min. When he got home it was NOT the right one, had chicken in it. WTH??? my kids crying for their food that we PAID for TWICE! The worst fast experience. Oh and they DID NOT provide receipts either. So no way to call corporate with time and store numbers, pretty convenient 🤔 🙄

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The dining area tables were dirty.

Wow... The customer service here is the greatest I've seen in a long time. A lady came up to the counter and said that the fries where cold and the manager said " Let me get some new fries dropped for. So sorry about that". When new fries where brought out she let the customer keep the old fries to take home. The workers there are so nice and friendly. If i could i will give them 10 stars.

I ordered 2 fish tacos. When I got home and opened them the outside of the foil was really cold I thought it was odd so I opened the tacos and they were cold cold. I mean like they'd been sitting out for a long time not to mention the tortilla was gross cold like not edible cold. But I was so hungry I took a bite anyways😠big mistake. I should've stopped at the cold tortilla because the twice fried old tasting piece of fish that I just bit Into was so gross I immediately jumped on here to write a review. Whoever sent this out knew they refried the fish and knew it had been sitting out my guess is that I was a 3rd round receiver of that nasty piece of fish. It's so obvious to me when a store has done the "refry" and it makes me angry to think they cooked something that has already sat out for a long period of time. I will never ever eat here again this place has gone down hill so bad. I will forever avoid it like the plague. I'm disgusted they think this is ok.

3 Stars JUST for the fresh strawberry sprite. Ordered a carne asada guac burrito, which for $9 you expect something decent. But what I got was a salty, bean, cheese and rice burrito with pico.
Edit to address the response: no, thank you. Joining a rewards program means you enjoy the food and are incentivised by said food. That burrito was horrendous and was lacking the two things it was advertised to have most of; meat and guac. Though I did manage to take a picture of the smallest amount of green avocado, if you'd like to see. But otherwise I'd never eat that burrito again even if someone paid me to do it.

I wouldn't recommend a stray dog to eat here they shorted us food in the drive thru, the employees are snappy and have no patience, first off they aren't busy enough to act like that. The quality of the food and the price is agregious. I wouldn't even serve this food to the homeless they would be pissed. Absolute joke of an establishment, never eat there and hopefully they lose that location

Horrible experience, definitely never again. I found what seemed to be a piece of bone inside my burrito! I bit into it, and it was so hard that it hurt my teeth, completely ruining the meal. I expected a fresh, enjoyable meal but was met with a painful and unpleasant surprise. This is completely unacceptable in terms of food quality and safety. I won’t be returning after this experience.
