I would usually give Dutch 5 stars but lately they seem more into talking with each other instead of engaging the customers. Either that, or they are overly patronizingly nice, if that makes sense. It's like damn, you don't gotta talk to me like that, I'm not a 5 year old. Hahaha. That vibe makes people feel like the baristas are snobby etc. The baristas need to engage the customers more. Practice actual customer service. Remember your regulars. Talk to the people for Dane's sake!

They charged me $100 tip on top of my drink when I told them I wasn’t planning on tipping today. I tip sole for good experience, which this was not. The girl said my bad and said she refunded me. The charge posted to my account and I never received a refund. I would like my money back asap.

It took 15 minutes to get my coffee. Only 2 girls were working and they seemed to be very new. On top of that, my coffee was NOT 1/2 sweet as requested. I had to wait until i got to Reedsport to drink it after the ice melted. The Cottage Grove location is usually extremely fast, even when very busy. I choose this location because I can only be off the road 5-8 minutes.

There have fly inside my coffee , i haven’t see it until i drank it all , super gross , i brought it back to the girl who worked at night time last night, and she marked down my name and number told me that the manager will call me or text me to find out what will be solution, i guess they don’t care cause i have been waiting for the reply but no one call me or text me anything, i want to post the picture i took but i really don’t I don’t want to be the person like that ! But no more coffee no more coffee from there !

This is the only good Dutch in Albany, they have been consistently good. I have stopped going to the other 2 Dutch because the pretty regularly mess up my drinks of give sour milk.
