I would usually give Dutch 5 stars but lately they seem more into talking with each other instead of engaging the customers. Either that, or they are overly patronizingly nice, if that makes sense. It's like damn, you don't gotta talk to me like that, I'm not a 5 year old. Hahaha. That vibe makes people feel like the baristas are snobby etc. The baristas need to engage the customers more. Practice actual customer service. Remember your regulars. Talk to the people...
These young people are a great bunch of employees. It's a high point to my day to go get a coffee and a dog treat. I have had some rough weeks lately with death in my family and divorce and anyway they are very kind. Thank you.
I just went through my debit card expenditures on Dutch Bros. Coffee from Sept. 1st - present. In my list are several odd costs, like $19.68 or $16.92. My coffee orders are always amounts ending in 5 or 0, example $8.90 or $7.75. If I am asked to tip, I always add $2.00, and I do not tip otherwise. So how are odd expenditures like $19.68 and$16.92 occurring? I like there coffee but it seems as though in some instances I might be paying a percentage tip which I did not authorize....
