Always great vibes at this place! It gives an island vibe to those who can't get away but want some great Hawaiian food. The family is always the best with customer service and after a few times you feel like apart of the family.I can't wait to get more on the new menu in 2024

Brent and his family have been not only the dearest of friends for many years but have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to cater parties and provide fresh hot filling homemade made with love made with hard working fun loving family hands since day ONE!!! I have and ALWAYS will support AND defend their business ethics and reputation for fair and honest humans! Please do not take the small amount of spineless negatives from those who are just negative to begin with but instead please give them a chance and try Grindz!!!

The food is delicious as always! I was a little disappointed to find out that they changed their portion sizes and options in order to not raise prices. So it's kinda like prices went up in a way because you are getting less for the same cost as before. That aside, friendly service and yummy food!

Meh. It's mediocre mainland hawaiian food. If I have a craving and it's all I am near it will do but never will be my top choice. The people at the window are usually pretty nice but have had 1 or 2 times where the woman at the window seemed to be having a bad day and was just annoyed at life. Everyone has bad days I guess but still makes it a bit awkward. It is a bit cheaper than other places so bonus points for that but other than that is is passable but unremarkable. Better hawaiian places around

Grindz is hands down the BEST Hawaiian spot in the linn/Benton county area. Their Mac salad is superb. Their shoyu chicken and kalua pork are to die for. I personally reccomend the tacos !
I love this place!! The food is absolutely amazing.I wish people wouldn’t throw around 1 star reviews or take a star away over them not being open, but I’m glad I looked past them and stopped by.

Food is always delicious with generous portions! I particularly enjoy the Shoyu chicken plate and nachos! Everyone is super friendly and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

What does $6 get you for a side? 2 musubi wraps, which consists of; 2 slices of cooked spam (grilled is advertised, though i couldn't tell), covered on both sides with roughly 1.5 cups of ok sticky rice, wrapped individually in seaweed. All combining into an average to subpar snack depending on your tastes. What an absolute rip off. Was thinking this would be the first of many visits, but not if this is the quality and quantity i get for my money.Parking: Parking is unfortunately lacking.

So good! The spam musubi and Mac salad are new favorites of mine, and the home made teriyaki sauce takes everything to a whole new level.Only real complaint is the food truck is a limited menu, and the Mac salad could be a bigger scoop (but who am I kidding, I had leftovers anyway).I’ll definitely be stopping by their drive thru in Albany to try the rest of the menu!
