We decided to walk up to the window and order rather than the usual drive up and then moved to the other window to pick up the order. As we waited, we were completely disgusted by how unclean this place. Part of me, regrets walking up and seeing what I saw, but another part of me is glad because now I know the truth. There are dead bugs and ants, crawling all over inside of the window and windowsill, where the syrups and powdered carnation is. Bugs all over these bottles and the exposed ice cream cones were next to it all. I informed an employee who did not seem to be concerned at all.

Reminds me of being a kid. Fast food done right. They also put the burgers in insulator sleeves which is awesome!
Food is fast food, the burgers taste good, has nice sauce and good buns, the fries seem like cheap freezer fries but not necessarily bad. The milkshakes are great. Definitely recommend you come here over the big box corporations like McDonald's and burger King and because they are a small local company I think they get a pass on the higher prices but they are higher.

I stayed in Albany for a month and I ate there at least 8-9 times! What a great place to grab a burger and fries. Can’t wait until next month to be back for a while so I can eat there some more!!!
