We are so happy to have Indian Family Kitchen in Albany. Though we are just introducing ourselves to Indian food we are quite impressed with this restaurant. I had the Dal Tadka with garlic naan. It was so delicious, everything basically melted in your mouth. The portion was generous and I had two more meals when I was home. The service was great and it seemed like they were really glad were there. I will definitely go back soon. The only dilemma will be to order the same thing because it tasted so amazing, or try something new. There is something for everyone as vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options

Three issues are its way over priced for very small portion sizes. Think of a small Chinese food to-go box for $20. And the waiter doesn’t understand or doesn’t remember what we ordered.
