The food was awful at this jack in the box. It was cold and smashed together. It also tasted as if it had been sitting around awhile. It didn't look or taste fresh. I think it was microwaved.

Place reeked of feces smell when I entered. My food was disgusting and hardly fresh. Egg was overcooked. Not hard to fry an egg. The parking lot needed cleaning. No hospitality in Oregon at all. It’s sad.

The person at drive-through was not great. We had to tell him our order 4 times, and after the 4th time he tells us they don't have any croissants. So we decided on a different breakfast option. We had to tell him again a couple of times. We get to the window and both employees at the window are super rude. At that point we are just like whatever we are on a long drive back home and just needed some breakfast. We get a small black coffee instead of water ? than instead of a a double sausage sandwich I get a cheese burger that is half made. Definitely don't recommend this Jack in the Box we usually stop at them on trips as we don't have any where we live now and usually have good luck. Not here definitely go down the road to some other options.

Terrible customer service at the Albany Jack in The Box next to Petco. Complete disregard for customers. I waited over 40 minutes for a single order consisting of 2 milkshakes and a loaded taco. After 10 minute and DoorDash telling me my order was ready (your kitchen marked order as ready even though it wasn’t so your store wouldn’t be hurt from DoorDash by getting a slow metric) The issue was clearly that they had no Boba prepped, but rather than confront me and let me know that they had none, they made me wait nearly 30 more minutes where I had to ask a DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE. Only for her to just start making it, and serve hard boba balls in my drink.
Miscommunication from kitchen staff and front end. Despicable atmosphere that breeds contempt and mourn.

Maybe it's the accumulated amount of fast food I've eaten but I think I'm dying from it ? no one awnsered the phone when I called. And it seemed closed. But it was open. Walla! But yeah like I said pretty sure it's not healthy.

Well, when I went there, they were extremely understaffed. So, being as I've worked in a place under those same circumstances; I was patient. The food was hot & fresh, & correct. Not a single thing was wrong with my order. I would definitely eat there again.
Parking: They are located in a small shopping center type of thing so there were parking spots everywhere
Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly. They have a kids menu & from what I could see through the windows. They had things like highchair.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have both handicap ♿️ parking & a ramp.
Russell (?) rescued an incorrect order and took care of everything professionally.

Got home to the bag missing 1 Cluck sandwich, dry meat that was held way past the hold time, and hard French fries with 3 large chunks of burnt black grease balls of super old fries or something. $44 for all that awesomeness. I worked for the Cottage grove Jack for a year. The Albany store needs some changes. This was on 6/25 at 4pm. Your cook needs retrained. Watch camera and I bet the meat timers were restarted and no fresh meat made.
