This will be our last trip to this Jack in the Box, and honestly, the burgers might be relieved to know that.
We paid nineteen dollars for two burgers. Not meals, not combos, not even a stray French fry thrown in by accident. Just two burgers.
The Ultimate Cheeseburger arrived looking like it had survived a natural disaster. Flat, hard as a rock, barely a hint of cheese, and so dry that I’m convinced it could serve as an emergency sponge. Chewing it felt like a team sport we were not trained for.
The Sourdough Jack was somehow even smaller than my expectations and twice the price of what it used to be. It came with a wafer-thin tomato slice, a few microscopic bacon flakes, and a patty so dry it could have qualified as a desert environment.
Overall: overpriced, undersized, and overcooked. A massive disappointment and a masterclass in how to turn simple burgers into expensive, flavorless relics.

Was Ignored when we went in to eat, had to use bathroom; tried to ask for key was ignored grabbed key from couter and used bathroom was asked to leave restaurant! They had 2 cars in the drive threw and no one in restaurant could help serve customers or give a key for bathroom. Learn how to do your job !

This jack in the box was not good at all , the chicken was cold in the teriyaki bowl , they forgot my egg roll , the fries were cold , they only had 4 drinks to choose from , the burger taste like it been sitting and on all the burgers they put practically a block of cheese on it , we spent 50 dollars on not good food at all ,

There needs to be a new manager or more workers at a time because every order takes forever to come back even when you are the only person in the store. It also always smells like they don’t ever clean the bathrooms. Someone really needs to be sent to do a walk and see how shitty it is.

I ordered 3 pk egg rolls and 2 orders of tacos. I literally waited 24 mins. 10 minutes in line after ordering (there were two cars in front of me) and another 14 more mins before I decided to leave because I was on my lunch! No one came to take my money or say anything about the wait… I was just sitting there wasting my time. this has never happened to me ever! Especially in a drive thru!!!! Crazy!

I’m not sure how this place stays in business. Super convenient to my house but today will be my last time. Service is always horrible, usually wait at the counter without getting a greeting hands down every time. Then the lady is just plain rude, she’s rushes you and makes me feel uncomfortable. Why do they only have like 4 fountain drink options? Dr. Pepper, hi-c, lemonade and something else. My food today was gross. My sourdough burger was grilled on one side and not the other one the other side was soggy, you can see from the picture that the cheese wasn’t even melted so clearly My sandwich was not even warm. My curly fries were OLD. I think they use to pride themselves on making things per order but must not be the case anymore. They need to get someone in there who cares about that place and fast!

I live in Lebanon the one here didn’t have the Halloween cup so I called the one in Albany and they said yes we have them here. So I drove there the next day and they said yes we have them but we don’t have the meal with the cup available so I ask can I buy one. The girl was looking on the register, but she said she couldn’t find it so another Woman walked up. I think she was a supervisor or the manager and said let me help him.. she looked on the register and said we don’t have the full meal so I’ll just give you one. I said thank you. I drove from Lebanon. I called the day before and they said they had the cups. The staff was very nice and wanted me to go away happy.. there’s one thing that really made me happy when I asked for a senior discount. She said there’s no way you’re that old. Can I see your ID and she said you look 20 years younger than what you are. Thanks Jack in the box you made my day.
