I submitted a response to JB about this albany store several months ago. The last two times I ordered there, it took long, missing toppings and sauces because the were out. The staff complained about short staff and bad management. Nothing has changed since I submitted my complaint. Don't go to this JB you'll be disappointed. You've been warned. I must say it's been their tacos I've order each time that have been the food quality problem. Short staff, long wait time and out of stock products.

Albany Jack in the box thank you for treating myself and others that are homeless as second class people. When I come in as a paying customer and order my food before a line of people come in I expect to get it in an orderly fashion. I don't want to wait 30 mins for a damn hamburger. I also don't want to get my food after the people that ordered their food after me. And I really don't like seeing other homeless people that come in at the same time I do have to wait almost an hour to receive it. Step up your game and either how more people that are competent or at the very least train your employees before putting them to work. Thank you again and I will be taking my business to Wendy's from now on where I'm treated with some damn dignity and get hot food. Plus they don't have a smell that could curdle milk when you walk-in in the front door. I mean for good sake get some maintenance people in there too clean and repair that kitchen. You have stagnant standing water where you have employees cooking. The employees have absolutely no training. The manager want trained right. Come on what's going on here. The food is disgusting and always cold and dried out with hard buns. The only thing that is really made to order is the tacos which somehow still get delivered cold. Y'all need to be shut down until the health concerns are taken care of and employees are properly trained.

You are so beautiful, you don't know how beautiful you are to me. I mean just, you're gorgeous you're just precious. But, ah, its been sittin in my mind when you said you wanna go back to your ex-boyfriend, please erase him from ya memory, don't eva go back in the past. Cuz I know, ive been there, and I understand when you're trying to find somebody and you go on dates and nothin compares to your ex. This place is the WORST I've ever been to! Many menu items were out but you didn't know until you tried to order. And then, they forgot half the order! I will NEVER come back to this location!

Woefully understaffed, they were out of almost everything that I wanted. The new person there was trying their best, but you could tell they didn't receive enough training.I'm curious how much longer this place will remain open, seems like they have a hard time holding on to staff. That seems to be a management issue or even ownership.... only time will tell.

Worst mail I ever got at fast food. Food was ice cold. Obviously it been prepared 30-60 minutes earlier. Super high price and get cold food. Never eat at Albany Oregon Jack in the Box!
Broken door. No ice (didn't even inform us of this). Forgot to give us our order. Lied about it in the process. And, note, we were the only ones here.

I can say this is the worst fast food restaurant in Albany. Like I get it’s fast food it’s not gunna be great but this restaurant is seriously going down hill. I eat here frequently due to it being the closest to my work and don’t really have time to go elsewhere, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m disappointed. But I will just go off today’s experience. It takes 20-30 mins just to get my food from the time I order in the drive through (1 car ahead of me) I ask for a meal for the sandwich I got and didn’t get my fries. (When I got to the window I asked for ketchup FOR MY FIRES!) I asked for DR. Pepper and when I received it they gave me room temperature soda with no ice. The breakfast sandwich bread was beyond stale. And the tacos were so overcooked the meat was pretty much dehydrated. I never received a receipt so I couldn’t go back and ask for what was missing (that and I had no time because I had to get back to work due to it taking to long) and that’s just todays experience!Other problems I have in general, their always out of stock on things, they will be open and i will go to the drive through and sit there waiting for somebody on the speaker, I give up after 10 mins and go in and tell them I’ve been at the speaker and they laugh and shrug it off . On random days and hours they aren’t open when they should be. Their food is always over cooked/ stale. My order is never right. I honestly can’t believe this place is still running.I’m a manger myself and I would be furious is my store was ran this way. Get some better employees or managers for the sake of your business!

Ordered a classic buttery jack, with no ketchup and extra Mayo, what I got was a ketchup drenched sandwich with a stale bun, ended up picking off all the topping and the top bun because there was so much ketchup on everything I couldn’t wipe it
