Oh my gosh! This place is a must for authentic Cajun food lovers! I had the Blackened Bleu Omelet. It was the best, hands down, omelet that I ever had. Shrimp, bacon and Bleu cheese crumble, smothered in garlic cream Buffalo sauce. I had to eat the whole thing. I couldn't stop when I was full. It was a Marti Gras party in MY MOUTH and it was sinful, it was exciting and I swear it was naughty. My bestie had the biscuits and gravy and also, the best this side of the state. Very peppery. Very homemade. Great location. Ample parking. Clean restaurant. Friendly and quick service. The ambiance was just right for the morning haters. Quite a nice pick me up. Coffee was black as night and robust, the cream was heavy and fresh from the cow. I am way to excited to go again, I've already picked out my next meal. Popular dishes are Banana Foster French Toast and Blueberry Cream Cheese French toast. The FT looked very inviting. Don't forget to check out the donuts next door. The owner puts his blood, sweat and tears into the most delightful donuts and scones North of New Orleans itself. ♥️ What a wonderful birthday surprise for me!! A great way to start the weekend.

The food here is really good. I haven't had anything I didn't like. I've tried the burger, mac n cheese, chicken fried steak, chicken nuggets and fries. All good. The service is not great. We sat down at 1250pm and they didn't come take our order for 20 minutes. Then it took another 40 min to get the food.
Kid-friendliness: There's a little play corner with a play kitchen that's really fun for Littles.

My husband and I love coming here for brunch. We honestly have tried over half the menu and haven’t had a single bad dish! You get a lot of food for the great price, and it tastes so good. The service is also kind and wonderful - we love catching up with Coral! The mimosas and coffee with a kick are also excellent cocktails. You won’t be disappointed!

Felt super unwelcome . Felt like a burden being there. Foods good, service is horrible. Got told I can’t get an app before my food, that it will all come out at once. Had a hungry kiddo that needing to be held over till our food arrived . Will not return!

It is a shame that the service is so bad because the food is so good. Long wait to be seated, never checked back with us to see how things were or to refill our drinks, no smiles. And NO sense of urgency This is like the 3rd time I have been there and everytime I say I won't be back due to the service. This time I mean it. Such a bummer.

Had their meatloaf and potatoes, it was the best meatloaf I've ever had and the potatoes were great.
I would love to give no stars, absolute waste of my time waited for 30 minutes for door dash orders and still wasn’t ready for me I had to unassign with no pay, I have a family to support and 30 minutes during a lunch rush is a significant amount of money. Do Better JOJO

We have been there about ten times and the wait is ALWAYS over an hour. Today we went in and there was only one other table. We waited over 20min to get drinks another 15 to order food. We waited over an hour for food. Wait staff came to see how our food was AFTER we were done eating and we had to go ask for drink refills. We will not be going back, good food does not make up for the worst service.

Take this sign seriously. 2 hours there with only 15min of eating, the rest waiting. 1 hour in we had only gotten drinks, then beignets finally arrived. Had to flag down to place meal orders and request service like refills. Meals arrived at 1.5 hours, with items missing, and thus a longer wait. About 15 minutes of eating before we really had to go. Food was decent for diner style, but far from worth the wait. There are eateries with much higher quality food that are worth it. *They did say, when asked, that they were backed up today. **They offered free donuts at check out for the extra wait, but we would much rather have been compensated any of the items we waited for.
