I went to this KFC drive thru for a typical dinner. At the window there computer crashed so I reordered our meal,no big deal. They asked me to pull around to the front and they would bring out the order. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside and no one looked happy to see me, I asked if my order was ready after reminding them that we had been waiting. I could hear them talking in the kitchen about my order being an inconvenience because mine wasn't ready yet. They told the counterperson to tell me I needed to wait until it was ready. I really put them out my making my order next. Needless to say I was discouraged about dinner and the food was not good. Hopefully if you like this store that you don't get treated this way.

This has to be the worst KFC in the State of Oregon. I've been here in the span of a few months this year and they always seem to have a problem when I get there. They always seem to not have any white meat chicken available especially being so close to dinner time and said it would be a 20-minute wait until a fresh batch is ready. Sometimes they are out of original recipe chicken. Today they were out of Chicken Pot Pies. Past few times I've been here, I paid $100 bucks for my family, which is heinously overpriced! I don't understand why this KFC is underperforming all the dang time and it honestly sucks. If it weren't paired with an A&W maybe it would perform better, maybe if they hired actual people who cared maybe they would have fresh chicken at the ready. KFC Corporate definitely needs to help this location out.

The restaurant is dirty. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The food was terrible and half the stuff on the menu is unavailable but still listed. Shut down the A&W gimmick and just sell crappy chicken. At least I would know what to expect. Completely awful. I felt like I needed to wash my hands just looking at the staff.

showed up this evening @ 8:30 pm. ordered two 4 piece tenders meals. when I got to the wiiindow the young man told me “we only have 1 tender.& offered me nuggets instead. He said he cleaned up &closed the kitchen a while ago. The clean up needs to be done at & after closing. i believe that is 9 pm. when I went on here to write a review it said closed at 8:43 pm. I believe this is a management issue & needs to be corrected. Very poor customer service!

What is going on with the price of these item on the menu… a 3 piece chicken tender meal is $17 dollars!?!?!? You have got to be kidding me. I am out forever! That is way too much for just 3 chicken strips meal.
Very bad service! Manager was very rude, Her name was Brie, I ask to talk to her boss and she refused to give me any information. When I went in to talk to her she was talking trash about me to the other costumers.

Manger does not do her job. She said they are out of chicken and has no white meat at. She was screaming at us when we asked questions. Told there is a 14min wait for dark meat and 20-30 min for white meat. She said because of special on Tuesdays. So Tuesday happens every week, so wouldn't you pla accordingly. Not sure if I will return if she is still there. I will also pass this on to family and friends.

Order number 340527988, 2145 Pacific Boulevard Albany or 97321. I ordered 1 bucket and 2 meals and picked it up. After taking food to our family lunch I realized they messed up the order and forgot to give the nugget combo, fries and nugs, they gave me the soda on arrival. Wasn't going to drive back with 7 people waiting for lunch so we just spread the food around that we had. My autistic nephew is a picky eater and it was his meal that was forgot but we gave him multiple biscuits and chicken tenders. I gave the order info to my mother who was driving my nephew to go to store after we eat and played games that we did bi weekly. My mother went back to the store to get the missing food so he would have some for dinner and they refused to replace the missing items and told her to call a number for complaints. This is outrageous. Here is your complaint. We buy family meals every other week from here and we have had items missing before which is frustrating and most the time if it is something small we don't bother coming back for replacements. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
