Only putting one star because 0 stars isn't an option. I've worked in food service and understand the difficulty but damn dude. I had ordered my food and waited 20 minutes and then when I got my food they forgot my chicken tenders and sauces (half my order) it really seems like this place is struggling, I do not recommend. At the very least dont use the app as you will be ignored or your order will be wrong.

Ordered online, " will be ready in 5 min" at store 15 mine later, app reported order ready. Asked about order, hasn't been started and will be atleast 10 min wait just to prepare one of the items

After the slowest possible employee to take an order (due to most likely having zero idea of what they were doing). My order was still missing items. Ordered the tender meal and 4 additional drum sticks. We received the tender meal. When I came back to the store I was told I needed to BRING BACK MY MEAL. My kids are eating it right now as we speak at home which is 20min round trip. No other solution offered.

Ordered a bucket with tenders and recieved the saddest looking chicken. Also recieved none of my dipping sauces for the tenders and really soggy fries. No thanks won't be back.

Went for a mobile order. Made us wait 5-10mins at the speaker before asking us what we want just to tell us that we have to come in.
If the customer is at the speaker take there order first and don't make them wait and waste there time
