I know that it’s hard to find decent employees, especially for fast food and especially in Oregon. But the fact the workers can not can’t to 3 is pretty scary that they are handling food. Paid way too much to get shorted food. These employees are a joke just like your prices.The place is EMPTY for a reason.

I use to love going but at this point it's just way to expensive to get anything. At almost 30 bucks for 12 pieces of chicken that was mainly wings it's not worth it to get food for the family especially since we use to get all the sides and now we can't. Get the feeling workers didn't rly wanna deal with trying to get the order because there seemed to be an issue with them hearing us and us hearing them

For the price it is the worst chicken I have ever had. Where are all those secret spices? Extra crispy skin was soggy and fatty. The meat was flavorless and hard to chew. Ended up giving it to the dog. Only good thing was the cole slaw. Used to love KFC - Not going there again! Safeways chicken is so much better.

Ordered a spicy slaw, and a Mac N cheese chicken wrap. Not even 2 hours later I had the worst stomach pain I've ever had, since about 10pm after eating I've thrown up 8 times, and still feel like I'm dying. It was the first thing I've eaten since about breakfast which was just homemade eggs and toast so I know I'm not sick from that. Eat here at your own risk.

Typically great food, I always get the breast and wing combo meal. They have a chronic problem of not greeting guests at the counter though. It’ll take 5 or more minutes before someone comes over. It’s clear that they’re understaffed so I don’t want to give them too much of a hard time. They have great macaroni and cheese, I don’t know what it is about it but it’s creamy and delicious.
Got the new chicken wrap. The deal is 2 for 5 but these guys change 6.50. Got it anyways and it's so small. It's a scam the picture online made it look bigger. They didn't have buffalo sauce either. Dissapointed.

Albany KFC is a joke. We have went there numerous times for a simple eight piece dinner between around 4-6 o'clock and they don't have white chicken or original chicken. What chicken place doesn't have chicken, especially during dinner times? Now tonight we go there with the coupon we received in our mailbox and they have on the drive-through, They're not participating in the coupons!! Their customer service has been going downhill the last couple years. I predict in a matter of five years they will not be in Albany no longer, at least I can only hope. they are terrible and their prices have skyrocketed out of this world. would not recommend to nobody!!!!!!

Walked in to pickup my app order as it was at the scheduled time and said it was ready. No customers in the restaurant or in line, and no employees at the counter. Waited at the register for at least 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Once they did, they said my order was not ready and I would have to wait another 10 minutes. I understand staffing is a problem but not even saying hi or politely asking me to wait when I walked in is unacceptable. People could have easily stolen stuff from behind the counter while no one was there.
