I recently ordered from here I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. The crab legs were cooked just right, and they paired so well with the juicy shrimp, tender potatoes, and sweet corn. Everything was generously portioned, making it well worth the price.
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to prepare the order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this seafood truck to any seafood lovers out there!

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for two crab clusters and 12 shrimp lol. I feel like next time they should say “hey it’ll be about an hour” just to make sure that’s ideal for you, not even at a restaurant would they do that to you without saying something at least.
Food was bland/flavorless mostly just unsalted butter on the seafood. Definitely will not return and was not worth the $39 nor the 1+ hour wait time.
I was also not the only one enduring this frustration as around me were numerous customers also waiting an unexpected 1+ wait. Seems like they need to maybe figure out if they can handle this type of service.

Usually love this place. But after today, will not be coming back for a while. The kid they had working was completely unprofessional and rude, and food was terrible. They were out of potatoes (no big deal, it happens) when asked if I was something substituted I asked for an extra egg. Got no eggs and multiple sausages. Food came out super dry, no butter just seasoning, when I went to ask them to fix it the kid just wanted to argue and say I didn’t know what I was talking about. Way overcooked seafood just completely fell apart and couldn’t even get the crab out at all and received very little shrimp. (Usually get the full catch.) Was lucky if I got 6 shrimp. Just an overall bad experience. Will never go back if the employee who is working today is working again.

Ordered my food and was told 20-30 min. I waited over an hour (so did many other people standing around waiting) and went up a couple of times and was told “5 more minutes” “we are platting them up now” etc. I was so excited to try the food and never got the chance because even after being told it was almost done, i continued to wait for another 20 minutes before I just gave up and left. Very disappointed. Very upset. They other people standing around felt the same way and were telling me how they had been waiting just the same and were very angry.

Every time I've visited here, I've been thoroughly impressed. The boils are all amazingly done, the seasoning mixes are very flavorful and delicious in their own rights, and the crab cakes are simply wonderful. We got a kracked kong boil and had enough food for two people for several days.

Became a customer when they first opened. At least twice a week. Down the road a bit their prices went up. Had no problem with the price increase. What I do have the problem with is the size and quality of the crab. The clusters they serve now are 1/3 smaller and they smell and taste overly fishy.

While I may not compete in super-hot pepper eating competitions, I do consider myself a spiceophiliac. My man, Todd, HOOKED IT UP with a ghost/reaper butter that has my taste buds dancing for joy! I got the #1 with a side of shrimp and I regret NOTHING. The fixings were on point and should I ever be back thru Albany, Itll be for a stop at the KrackedCrab FOR SURE! He has other not spicy butters for those of you who don't care for a taste bud beat-down so do not hesitate to get your grub on here!

I’ve been coming here for a long time now. I can’t believe I haven’t already reviewed the place! I’ve had experiences with multiple staff, with the owner, and even got to meet his family. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and sincerity by everyone I’ve met, feels like family every time I’m there, and not one time has the food not been astronomically above my expectations. Which have increased with every time I’ve gone. It’s a 30 minute drive from Salem for me to go here but they’re so far above any of the places locally that I will continue to make the trip regularly! Nothing compares to Kracked Crab Albany! Ask for a collab you can get at The Barn between them and Slinkeys cheesesteaks. Kracked Crab deep fried lobster tail on a ribeye cheesesteak with sweet peppers and caramelized onions on a hoagie with that OG cheese whiz! So incredible!

Tastiest lobster and shrimp I have had in a long time! I asked Todd for a suggestion of drips and he mixed me up the ultimate combination of parmesan, cajun and ranch which was incredible.
