Some bozo was taking my order but due to the sliding card reader not working I couldn’t use a gift card. This has happened before but they usually just punch the numbers in on their side but he refused. The food is mediocre if your starving

Issues Encountered:
Waited 27 minutes in line without any staff acknowledgment or assistance
The customer ahead of me had been waiting even longer with no service
Two employees were visible in the parking lot while customers remained unattended inside
No staff member addressed the growing line or lengthy wait times
Impact: This level of understaffing and lack of customer service is unprofessional and unacceptable. Combined with previous issues I've experienced with food quality at this location, this visit has convinced me that significant operational improvements are needed.
Resolution Requested: I expect immediate attention to your staffing levels and customer service procedures. Without these improvements, I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing this experience in my online reviews. what happened to the ready made pizza .

My wife was just rushed out of the store with a completely screwed up order. Said they forgot to give her a receipt and couldn’t reprint one because they were busy. They had her waiting in the store for 30 min because they forgot about her order, which was sitting in the back, cold. Probably because it’s all literal children working here. Also, it was like $50 for a family of 4, which would be fine if it wasn’t so terrible.

Get your favorite pizza AND ADD (butter garlic and Parmesan to the whole pizza)
Pizza and breadsticks were very old and none of my family would even eat the pepperoni pizza we ordered it almost seemed like it had been from yesterday and just ran through the oven again highly disappointed. we have always enjoyed little Cesar’s unfortunately the Albany Location is consistently a let down

I went and got their lunch box pizza and crazy bread. They had to make it since they ran out, when I got home, the pizza looked like it had been sitting in a headlamp for hour.. Dry and burnt.. The crazy bread also over cooked, dry, no butter/cheese flaxes.. Disappointed.. They never reached out after sharing this info with their website expierance.

There were only two cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru when we pulled into it and sat there for almost 10 minutes before someone took our order. An employee even came out of the building to bring a pizza to one of the cars in the parking lot and looked over at us sitting in the drive thru and it still took about 5 or so minutes for someone to take our order. And it pizza was way undercooked and raw in the middle.

Food varies on location, sometimes it's perfect sometimes it's dry and blah. The delivery drivers need to be more aware of other cars in the parking lot. Nice employees, fast food! Love the Italian cheese bread!
