Pizza and breadsticks were very old and none of my family would even eat the pepperoni pizza we ordered it almost seemed like it had been from yesterday and just ran through the oven again highly disappointed. we have always enjoyed little Cesar’s unfortunately the Albany Location is consistently a let down

I went and got their lunch box pizza and crazy bread. They had to make it since they ran out, when I got home, the pizza looked like it had been sitting in a headlamp for hour.. Dry and burnt.. The crazy bread also over cooked, dry, no butter/cheese flaxes.. Disappointed.. They never reached out after sharing this info with their website expierance.

There were only two cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru when we pulled into it and sat there for almost 10 minutes before someone took our order. An employee even came out of the building to bring a pizza to one of the cars in the parking lot and looked over at us sitting in the drive thru and it still took about 5 or so minutes for someone to take our order. And it pizza was way undercooked and raw in the middle.

Food varies on location, sometimes it's perfect sometimes it's dry and blah. The delivery drivers need to be more aware of other cars in the parking lot. Nice employees, fast food! Love the Italian cheese bread!

I I ordered a pizza, when it arrived the pizza was cold, I called to ask them to replace it with another one, they said they couldn't do it, they could only give me a refund of 15% of the value of my order. This is disrespectful to the customer.

Got an extra most bestest sausage and it had very little cheese and less sausage then the regular sausage pizza. I thought I would give them another chance but never again. Waste of money.

Got a pizza and breadsticks. The crazy bread was raw with no Parmesan or anything. Terrible,I don’t recommend! Guy in the store stares at you the whole time while you wait,super uncomfortable.

Over charged my son last night. Who A regular pepperoni pizza priced at 8.99 And two orders of breadsticks where they only got one order of breadsticks when they got to the window and they were charged 2150 when the total should’ve been 17.99. Their pizza is not that great to be charging the prices that they are charging really wish they’d bring back the five dollar pizza cause that’s all they’re worth

Was the worst experience I understand it’s a little caesars and I should expect a lot but when my pizza is more crust than pizza and you give me the wrong order it sucks dude and you were so rude and not listening to us it was the skinny caucasian girl with black hair and a septum that gave me the bad experience in this location
