I don’t know if they’ve changed ownership or what, but the food was awful. Used to be a favorite lunch place. Ordered teriyaki bowls, it came in a styrofoam square to go box. The chicken was dry, tough, and the sauce was as thick as peanut butter and way tooooo salty. Had to rinse the sauce off with water to eat it. The little cabbage salad with love sauce that came with it was now green salad with ranch!! Gross. We won’t be back.
The food I did eat was amazing but due to them not wearing hair nets I got gifted an unwanted
This place used to have the best teriyaki chicken ten years ago. It took 15 minutes because they cooked it all fresh. We went today and within 3 minutes of ordering we were presented with pre-cooked, spongy, teriyaki chicken with a thick goopy sauce that was dumped over the top. I am relatively confident that they microwaved the chicken to re-heat it. We didn't finish our food and we will not be going back.
Ok place for a bite to eat, but found it quite expensive. I was also charged for fountain drinks even though I wanted water. I also noticed there was no refills on the soda drinks if anyone decides to order soda. Had the orange chicken. Wasn't bad, but not $36.00 worth for 2 people. If I would have known that, would have probably eaten somewhere else. The food portions were also quite small for a Teriyaki store. Very little chicken and a lot of rice. Probably will not go back.
Great amount of food for price. Sauce was fantastic
Ordered beef teriyaki. Hardly and beef no very little sauce. First time last time. Skip this spot..
Some one recommended this place and it sucked. The portions were small, the Orange Chicken was old as my Grandma and she's 97. The food was not made fresh it was definitely microwaved I do not recommend this place at all save your money for a better fresher alternative. This place is too expensive for days old food.
Parking: Parking was better than the food..
I'm mainly giving this place a 5 star because the older man who helped ne was the sweetest man I've ever met in the whole of albany. Please go and appreciate him for his work, try the
Great stir fry noodles and teriyaki. Friendly service makes this a fun spot to go!
Good food. Quick service. The atmosphere isn't the best but decent enough.

While the food is delicious, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I can find equally good food elsewhere, where the employees (I’m assuming the owner-working the front counter) don’t treat their customers like an inconvenience. I won’t return.
I love the food here, the teriyaki bowls are fabulous. What I love the most is the owner! He is SO nice, super sweet and absolutely hilarious! We typicallydo take out, but today we stayed and ate there. After the awesome experience we had today, I'm officially a customer for life!
First time coming to this place. When i ordered the noodles the guy didn’t ask what kind. And when i realized there was thin and thick i quickly let him know what kind i wanted. He said it was too late and got a major huffy puffy attitude about it getting angry at me when all i did was clarify what i wanted since he didn’t ask which noodles i wanted as there is a choice of 2 different kinds. Very rude to the customers. I was very polite with him and not demanding which is why I don’t understand how this man could be so angry and rude to me.
It’s bad. As huge fans of the ones in Salem (mostly south Salem off Liberty), we were excited to find when we moved to Albany there was a Love Love. My excitement crumbled to dust when I opened my food to find the spicy chicken literally just had chili paste dumped all over it, and there was ranch on my salad—I didn’t know I was at Applebees. The chicken was dry and if I had to guess it was from a few hours earlier. Lastly, before I go on for too long, the guy I spoke with over the phone to place the order and whom I picked up the food from was a jack***. So, they don’t like their customers nor do they have any dignity in the food they are trying to get you to buy. Might I suggest a rebranding from Love Love to Hate Hate?
The food is ok. But their menu is confusing and the staff isn't very helpful. You either get way to much or too little.
