I deliver for doordash and I sat at the counter for about 15 minutes with no one even attempting to help me. There is a small window counter area to the left of the register that you would assume is for doordash or Uber Eats. And that is where I stood very promptly looking at the staff waiting for somebody to ask me if it was a pickup order or if there's anything I needed absolutely no one even tried to help and on top of that I was able to see three employees who could very clearly see me just standing there talking amongst themselves about stuff not job-related. In the end no one actually came to help me I just eventually saw a kid come out of the back with a bag that had a sticker on it showing that it's a delivery order. He then proceeded to set it as far away from me as possible on the counter to the right of the register that has a split so like employees can walk through to the kitchen. I would understand being ignored so blatantly if there was an area marked like every other McDonald's has saying hey this is where deliveries and pick up orders go. But there is no designated spot posted so as you would typically assume the spot that's completely
