I'm going to go with poor management on this one. If you're not going to be open please turn off all online ordering for your location, a notice of closure on building and turn your menu signs off.

Mid food. They forgot part of my order. Food was okay. McDonald is just mid. Like I don’t know what to say. What I really hate is how the service is always bad. Like Taco Bell, McDonald’s those are the circle of bad service.

Everytime I get food from here now the fries are soggy and cold. Starting to think it's a waste of money to even go here. It's ran by younger people that don't have any customer service skills and I've done customer service for 20 years.
Probably won't be ordering from here anymore.

I'm not everyone that likes McDonald's. But I happen to be hungry and have very little money. So I went to this one and picked up 1 of their $5 bags. The fries were called the chicken tasted old like old grease, and the hamburger was saggy when I called and made a complaint about it. They told me there was nothing that they could do. Don't remember the manager's name that I talked to, but he was actually very rude. Will not be eaten at McDonald's again.And as I said , I don't like mcdonald's as it is , but was limited and hungry

Was quicker to go inside instead of the long drive thru lines..so happy with that! & Can always count on a front row spot..just not sure what's up with the bathroom lighting.. reminds me of the undersea gardens with the blue lighting..lol

I absolutely hate fling inside McDonald’s now. Ever since the kiosks were installed, customer service no longer exists. If you need something from an employee you have to be outright rude to get your attention because they will completely ignore you, even if they look directly at you.

This is the first time I returned to McDonald's in years. This time I used there app, well the McDonald's i sent my order to did not know anything about it, they said oh it has to be at the other one across town. They are sure of it. Well thinking we could trust them at what they told us, well come to find out the McDonald's across town did know anything about our order. But the order was paid for and No where in there system is our order but we have conformation. McDonald's please, your app did not work for us last maybe 2 years ago, and it doesn't work now. Don't ask people to use this app at your drive up. Your app is BS. Not happy it took me 1 hour or so to get food. REALLY! fix it. Oh wait. I am not going back. Burger King, Carl's Jr, is much better service.

They forgot both of my mcchickens, there were napkins and sauce cups EVERYWHERE. All over the floor, inside and outside, parking lot and in the grass. The drinks were flat and fries were hard.
