McDonald's wouldn't replace our stolen breakfast order!
We ordered breakfast from this McDonald's through Doordash. When the Dasher arrived at the counter, he discovered someone had stolen our big order.
The McDonald's manager didn't care about what happened and would not refill our order. Which means we would have been out a lot of money.
Our Dasher went out of his way to use his own Dasher credits to reorder for us, waited patiently for it to be made again, and brought it to us. We gave him an extra tip for it. Additionally, the whole time he was effectively communicating with us what was happening. He was an amazing and kind person.
We are very disappointed in McDonald's at Queen and 99E.

absolutely the worse customer service and absolutely rude service towards the door dash drivers. When you try to get their attention to ask a question they bite your head off and act like you are inconveniencing their group huddles of chit chat. gets worse and worse by each interaction

This McDonald's had The Absolute Worst Customer Service I'd ever experienced at ANY McDonald's locations! And I absolutely mean that! The manager there was rude, disrespectful and not pleasant at all.. I ordered breakfast from them and received 3 pancakes and a sausage with No syrup, butter or Utensils to Eat With? Let alone napkins? Negative 5 stars for me! I hope the manager here either learns to be a better person, especially when it comes to customer care, or gets demoted because something isn't right there at this location...
I get that it was 5am and nobody is super perky that early but don't take it out on the customers

I have a hard time with the quality of McDonald's and they are so expensive anymore m it's so awful for people to eat but they really do make it expensive for something so incredibly unhealthy.

Terrible service. Spent 20 minutes in the mobile pick up waiting for my order with no cars in the drive through. When I came inside associate was very rude. Won't be returning to this location. Ew do better.
Consistently the worse fast food restaurant in town. No standards . Zero consideration for customers. Food is never ready in a timely manner. Constantly having to pull to a stall or the next window because all they care about are their times. If I could rank negative stars I would. Every employee is condescending and rude.

They are so poor they can't afford receipt paper, can't give the apples they charge you for in their kids meals and stole my sons little straw for his apple juice. I also ordered a double quarter pounder and received a double cheeseburger instead.

Food is fine, standard McDonald's.
Service is hit or miss. Some of the employees treat customers as an inconvenience. Soda station is constantly broken, and there's never iced tea out. I figure they're probably gonna take the whole thing out like they did at the other McD's in town.
