I am beyond frustrated with Natural Sprinkles. I called because I was told they do great vegan birthday cakes. When I spoke to them, I specifically asked for a cake, and was told they don’t do cakes but could make cupcakes that “look like a cake.” Fine—I asked if they could make them vegan, and was told yes, no problem. She even asked if I wanted it to say “Happy 25th Birthday [my daughter’s name],” which I confirmed.
When I showed up to pick up my order, I was handed 12 plain cupcakes—no message, no decorations, nothing special at all—for a whopping $64. On the phone, I was quoted $39. I was shocked. These cupcakes looked like something I could have picked up at any grocery store, absolutely not worth the price.
When I questioned it, the woman I spoke with was unbelievably rude and dismissive, rambling about “farm to table” as if that excused the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered. This was for my daughter’s birthday, and they completely dropped the ball.
If you don’t want to waste your time and money, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Absolutely not worth it.

Jolene, Aida, and Lynden are an amazing team who make the most amazing treats. They even have dairy free, gluten free, and dairy free options. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I have come many times and plan on going in the future!

I recently visited your bakery after hearing great things about your delicious gluten-free treats. I enjoyed the atmosphere and found the customer service friendly and welcoming.
However, I had an issue with one of the items I purchased, a peanut butter sandwich cookie, which tasted rancid when I bit into it. I immediately called the bakery to inform you about the issue, suggesting you check the ingredients or stock to prevent any other customers from having a similar experience.
Despite my efforts to communicate this concern, I did not receive any follow-up communication. While I appreciated the quality of the other treats, the lack of response to this issue was disappointing.
I hope you can address this concern to ensure the continued high standards of your bakery.

Rotating selection, seems like they usually have 2 options! When I went there were German chocolate cupcakes and peanut butter cookie sandwiches. I got the cookies, and they were good! A little too crumbly, but perfectly soft and the buttercream filling was great.

I try to really like this place it's cute and gluten free for my daughter. But come on can you act like you like your job?Customer service lacks everytime we have been here. I'm not sure why people say the customer service is friendly. We have been here a handful of times and they are never been "friendly" in any sense of the word, maybe just friendly enough if that's a thing. Even the owner is not very friendly or welcoming in her own shop. Maybe we have just hit it on off days? I'm not sure why we keep coming. Treats are good but pretty expensive for what you get especially compared to other gluten free bakeries in the area. They also don't lable their products well as far as allergies go. Have to ask everytime what's vegan and/or what's gluten free. Hope they can improve upon their customer service especially for the prices you pay and tips they expect.
