Really disappointing. Didn't hold a candle to Local Boyz Hawaiin in Corvallis. Chicken was charred yet chewy? Tons of tendons and fat on the meat. I was pulling things out of my mouth every other bite including a hair at one point. Really mad that this cost $16 considering the fact that half the meal was rice and Mac which are extremely low cost to make, and poor quality meat. Ialso didn't realize that they'd be texting me when my order was done. It wasn't explained to me. I thought they'd be calling my name. So I sat in front of the cart for an extra 10 min waiting for my food that was getting cold. I'd skip this cart in the future.

I have had a bunch of different Hawaiian food but this one was by far the best I've eaten in some time. The portions were big, taste was delicious I had the chicken and pork with 2 scoops Mac 1 scoop rice. This place was fantastic service was amazing prompt and delivered a tasty meal thank you and keep it up.

The flavors were okay but the chicken in the katsu tacos was superrrr tough and chewy, was not able to eat it :( the side of mac salad was really lacking in flavor and was sort of "dry" for a mac salad.

Got the chicken katsu tacos, I think it was a special. It was good overall but the chicken was quite tough which took away from the taco a lot for me. Also the macaroni salad had very little mayonnaise and pepper so it was quite bland.

Pork was extremly super salty and was saltier than the spam in the musubi. Musubi appeared to be old since the spam was pale brownish white. Rice ball was over cooked and was mush and macaroni had no flavor. Rice in musubi was good. I couldnt even eat half of the meal it was just too bad and too salty. My food was out about 12 seconds after ordering as I didnt even sit down before it was ready. I feel like I got old leftover food that should have been thrown out.

On Tuesday late afternoon we ordered the shoyu chicken and the shoyu beef. They appear to have been made fresh and we didn't have to wait long.Fortunately the food trucks were not super busy.Both were excellent and be sure and ask for extra sauce (50 cents).The dinners came with two scoops of rice and a side of macaroni salad.

I never leave reviews but this place I have to leave praise for!! The food here is amazing. I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu. Tried it a few months back for the first time and when I had it here again tonight it was the same quality. Good portion size too.
