Whyyyyyyy did you guys stop fully smoking ur meats? I love me my brisket but you can totally tell that you guys don’t smoke them long enough and put them In Either a crockpot, or a steamer to finish. The Smokey taste is barely there on any of ur meats!!!! Beaks my heart.

The brisket reigns supreme 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. The food here is great, but I LOVED the brisket, so tender, juicy and flavorful. I also got the pulled pork which was scrumptious, really good. The plate came with two sides, I got corn and cole slaw which were both good. The place has a really small eating area consisting of wooden picnic tables in a run down dirt lot. Even worse were the yellowjackets that swarmed for a bite of the meats. We ended up having to eat in the car, so getting the food to go is the best option. It would be great if the owners tidied up the eating area with canopies and turf and Yellowjacket repellent. We’d go regularly if they did because we don’t live in Albany and we don’t like eating messy BBQ in our car. Eating area aside I highly recommend for some top notch BBQ, especially the brisket.

Whenever we crave BBQ, our favorite place is Oregon Barbecue Company in Albany. Last night I picked up a variety of food to take home and serve the family. It was delicious as usual. The brisket is our favorite. So tender, with the perfect amount of smoke flavor, and we put a tiny bit of their wonderful BBQ sauce on top! YUM. My favorite side is the BBQ beans, which has shredded smoked meat in it. The staff are also super kind and helpful.

Nolan, man. Your potato creation was something. That was uh.. just god awful. Not even my dog would eat it. Nolan we appreciate your advice to leave a bad review to express our disappointment. Careful there is no common sense here, also they claim to be the best bbq in Oregon. Well Oregon Should be ashamed.

The puree potato salad was interesting, the no buns with the pulled pork sandwich was a good touch. Especially after driving all the way to salem to finally eat was awesome, the zero effort to make up for there mistake was the cherry on top! Thank you Nolan for the great first time trying the restaurant... peace out!!
