I ordered a dinner plate with Beijing beef, kung pao, chicken, fried rice, chow mein, chicken egg rolls. My beef was hard and chewy had more breading than meat. Kung pao chicken wasn't to bad my rice was dried out and crunchy the noodles we're non existing mostly cabbage. Egg rolls were cooked with very old oil. I had eaten here 1 other time ( 5 or 6 yrs ago)the food was fresh that time and some what tasty. So I thought i would try it again was not happy with my food at all. I'm sad to say I will not be back.

I'm so disappointed. Do they hire inexperienced cooks? The noodles were hard, no flavor and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Yuk! The teriyaki chicken was overcooked. I'll think twice before I try another dish. The Panda in Salem is outstanding! Stopped there for lunch last week. Everything was fresh and lots of flavor. The staff was awesome 👍

This is your basic Chinese style of food. You get good serving portions. All cooked fresh throughout the day. There is always a line at the drive-up, but they keep it moving fairly quickly.
My only real complaint is their takeout boxes do not hold up for an extended drive time before eating. They get very soggy and often leak. On top of that, they have gone to paper bags in which the boxes do not lay flat. This trip, my food leaked thru the box and bag and got all over my car seat. Previously leaked stayed contained by their plastic bags, and the boxes could sit flat in the bottom of plastic bags, so leakage wasn't too bad.

Went through drive through and told us it would be 3-4 mins for the shrimp to be done and when we got home and mind you I only live 4mins away the food was all cold wasn't not fresh at all when I went in because they had missed an order they were rude

What are these noodles? They looked like they weren’t even cooked or seasoned , there are two different colored noodles here and they taste so dry and like there is no flavor , I remember these noodles being so good and this is the worst they have ever tasted, I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed.
Wonderful service and excellent food. Will definitely be coming here again

Hannah has about the worst customer service. They forgot two large sides of our family meal for my work and she basically acted like we were lying. It was an online order and quite frankly they mess up often and I never leave a review. However, Hannah’s customer service is so unprofessional and rude. People like her make people not come back.

My fault for coming in at 10pm drive-through was open. I asked if what I wanted to eat was avalible sence I came in late. When they said yes I should have asked if it was hot. it must have been sitting for a while. The human body I 98.6 the food touched cold there for in the yemature danger zone. I threw it away what a waste of money.
