Extremely slow service, cold food, and poor attitude from workers. Ordered online, timeline said 20 minutes, ok fine. Got there after 20 minutes, was told they're still working on it, seriously?....I ordered ahead so it'd be ready on my lunch break....they park me, ok fine. Another 5 minutes. No sauce or chopsticks in the bag like asked at the window. Go back in...now running late....wait for customer checking out to pay, go to register and ask for sauce and chopsticks, cashier with an attitude says to wait after the next customer, I explain I've already been through and didn't get what I asked for the first time. Cashier with a bigger attitude now ignores me and continues to ring up next person, even they say she can help me first. Very negative experience. I'll pass on the crap food next time, thanks Panda.

Used the drive through. Pulled in with only 3 cars ahead of me and then several cars pulled in behind me. And there we all sat......for 40 mins. I then got to listen to an incredibly rude and snarky manager go off on the lady in front of me because she had the audacity to complain that it took 45 mins of being trapped in their drive through before someone ever even took her order. I finally got my food and went home to see the jack wagon working drive through forgot all my sauces. I wouldn't go here unless you have some peculiar need to waste time, not get what you asked for and to be judged by a manager that seems to be struggling at her job.

All of the food is delicious, but the soda is a scam. The machine puts more soda water in it than the flavor syrup, sometimes more so at other locations.
I ordered food to pick up. I got there a few minutes early and had to wait which was fine. A couple people were waiting and they were super busy and we were offered a free drink, which I very much appreciated - great service and friendly. I ordered the noodles and two entrees and the entrees were great but boy they do not do the noodles well here. It's been years since coming to this location and other Panda Express locations have great noodles but these were dry and bland-which I remember thinking before. So I ate pretty much only the entrees and threw the noodles away. I believe everyone else in my family was happy with their food- they got rice with their entree. It was also very rainy and there is a mini lake in the parking lot to be aware of. It would be great to offer pickup through the drive thru so we don't have to deal with parking and not being able to back out with a long line of cars waiting.

This Panda is consistently quick, the food is rotated at a good pace, and it's always tasty. The service here can be kinda dry sometimes, but the workers keep the place clean and get your food quickly.

Ginny needs to be removed immediately from the window. She did nothing but roll her eyes at customers for simple request if he job. She is vocally rude and disrespectful there is no words to describe how horrible she acted towards me over not wanting a little slip of paper
