I’ve been here twice now and if you’re a traveler you know great thai food is hard to come by. At Pattys thai kitchen , she don’t play!
If you’re ever driving through I recommend you take a break, and get yourself some delicious food. The couple who owns this food truck are the nicest people ,
I promise you won’t be disappointed 🤓
Their menu has great options so you can’t go wrong with anything you choose.
I tried the Pad see eew with beef, spice level extra hot. There’s so much flavor , it was fresh and perfectly cooked. The portions are great and enough for 2 people.
I also got some potstickers that were crispy and cooked to golden perfection. An order of mango sticky rice and last but not least by far the best thai iced tea I can get my grubby little hands on !

My wife and I had the stir fry cashew with chicken and it was delicious!
They have a 1 to 5 rating on spicy heat. I like mine pretty hot but not too hot, so I had the 3 and my wife had the 2 , and it was perfect for both of us. Great service and very friendly. Best Thai food I have had in quite awhile. Fresh and prepared perfectly.
Highly recommend if you're in the area.

My wife and I had the stir fry cashew with chicken and it was delicious. Fresh and spiced perfectly. They have a 1 to 5 rating for spicy heat, I had a 3 and my wife had a 2 and they were just right. Service was quick and friendly. If you're passing through the Albany area (located just off the Jefferson exit, North of Albany) we highly recommend them. Best Thai I have had in quite awhile ❤️

We had just finished a 10 mile hike when we decided to try Patty’s based off the reviews, and it did not disappoint! The orange chicken plate was so full they had to use a rubber band to keep it shut. I talked my niece into trying a Thai tea for the first time and she LOVED it! The whole tea was gone in about 5 minutes and she needed a refill. If you like spice, Patty’s is great for that as well, but there are options for everyone and the spice level is customizable.

We will be back, and would highly recommend giving Patty’s a try!

Every time we come here the food is ALWAYS delicious. We highly recommend the chicken pad woonsen and Pad see eew. Their mango sticky rice and Thai tea is to die for!!

I ate at this place one time and have been craving it ever since and I was so desperate to get in there and quell my growling stomach that I actually did a blind side backing and swooped right in. This is something I avoid like the plague but anything for Thai food. And the couple here are so nice. I feel bad like I'm taking advantage of them. They actually give you refills if the Thai iced tea. Unbelievable. And my usual mainstay is pad Thai. But I tried the drunken noodles which are these wide noodles with bell peppers and I got it number three on the hot scale and it was so good. And to quell my spicy mouth. I got the mango sticky rice for dessert and you pour the cream on top of it and it's warm sticky rice with delicious mango. It look like they cut an entire mango on top. Anyway, I was so starving. I ate it all up + I feel like I won't need to eat for the rest of the day. Love this place!
