Fantastic butcher! If you love sausages there is a wide selection of sausages. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the ranch was a stand out sauce very messy as it was more liquid based than most sauces. The chicken needed some seasoning but the ban on is great just wish there was more than one strip to balance out the chicken. The hardest pill to swallow was the portion size disparity, my husband ordered a sausage burrito and it was a great size burrito for the price but my sandwich was the same price and at $11.98 it just didn’t add up for me. We spent just over $30 on one burrito, one Snapple , one can of Coke and a chicken sandwich. The staff were friendly and the service was well paced. I’m just not sold on a return visit. Still check them out if you’re a sausage lover as my husband really liked his burrito. Also please require your employees to wear gloves when touching food, watched an employee bag chips and reached their hand into a large bag of chips without gloves, not only is this concerning as the bag of chips is not a one time use item but now I get to wonder if they wore gloves preparing other foods. Ps. The refrigeration for the sausage displace is quite loud if your someone sensitive to noise I’d suggest taking your order to go or wear noise canceling headphones.

I've driven by this place for years and never really noticed the place. My wife and I recently gave them a try and the food phenomenal.

It's a "hole in the wall" style place. I wouldn't take a large group and expect to eat it there, but I'll absolutely be back for another lunch!

I've never eaten there, but it's always tempting. I've always just bought some sausages or smoked meat for cooking up later. It's the perfect blend of a place that knows what their doing, isn't a corporate chain and makes good stuff. This place is a 10 out of 10. Good food, good people and it always pleases guests at my home when I'm grilling. This is a true Oregon gem.

I’ve loved the sausages and other meats not to mention the breakfasts for 30plus years. They have a great variety of sausages to pick from. All are light years above those sold in the grocery stores. Worth the trip for breakfast and to choose your dinner sausage.

Small hole-in-the wall kind of place. The service was good and friendly. Their homemade sausage sandwiches are tasty. Would be even better with Broetchen rather than curent bun. Haven't tried the bacon yet but took some home to cook and some extra sausages. About 10 minutes from I-5, exit 234.

It's like the third time I've gone down there to get a dog this is like the third time I've gone in there to get a dog and they say it comes with chips and every time you take it to go they don't give you chips!? Or my water to go!? What's up with that?

If you want to take anything to their butcher shop, don't expect a call from them, you have to call them yourselves and just hope someone answers and that your animal is actually done. I was given a 3 week estimate, called at 3 weeks and they told me it should be done by the next week. 7 weeks later still nothing. They taste good but the communication and time frames of this place are absurd. By far the longest processing time i've ever experienced from a butcher shop. For how much they charge compared to other places you would think it would be much better. I would recommend giving your business to someone else.
