Arrived 30 minutes late and cold to the point we had to microwave it to eat it.
It seems different.. like thay have new people making the pizza.. not as good as it once was

Love me some pizza. Stuffed crust at the Hut always has me coming back. Foods always good, except when they have a new pizza item. They usually cook it too long a few times in my experience. Service is okay. Got a couple people I enjoy seeing, but other than that, eh. Atmosphere is usually dead, no one seems to stay and eat anymore. A lot of times the lobby is actually closed here and you drive to the pick up window. NOT the order and wait window! Don't do that.. you should be able to tell when cars start stacking up behind you.
Ordering online/through app offers better deals than calling. Which is weird. App wouldn't work once, so I called, and the deal I get every time was only an online offer. So yeah, weird.
Hut reward points system is awful. I've lost 2 free large pizzas due to the website acting up-took my points, didn't complete order, and ordered once then they had a power outage and couldn't make the pizza. Tried filling out the forms on the app several times and it always times out, or screws up, so I just gave up. Because when you call the employees and manager can't do anything about Hut rewards because they have zero access to the system for it. That sucks.
But I like the pizza, so yeah.

So Pizza Hut has started using Doordash to deliver after 10 pm because apparently it's cheaper than paying local people a wage to do it. The last 3 times we ordered, the app notified me our pizza was done, and the driver was at the store, but they waited 15-20 minutes each time for a second order to be completed, then I watched on the map as they drove my pizza around for an additional 20-40 minutes while they made the second delivery first. I get cold, hard, inedible pizza now EVERY TIME I order past 9 pm because Pizza Hut is cares more about cutting any corner to squeeze another dollar out of an order than either negotiating that Doordash make every delivery a direct delivery, or paying the $2.99 fee for every delivery so their customers don't leave after getting sick of paying for cold, old pizza. I called the manager of our local Pizza Hut and was told there's nothing he can do because this is what Pizza Hut Corporation decided to do, and that it's not likely to change anytime soon. Pizza Hut is allowing a company who doesn't care about their brand deliver a sub-par (actually disgusting) product because it obviously no longer cares about customer retention. My family will switch to a local place that employs people directly to deliver their food without leaving it under a heat lamp for 20 minutes then driving it around for another 30 before it finally arrives. It costs a bit more, but my food always arrives fresh and hot.
Pizza Hut----Your customers want HOT, FRESH food. It's time to stop allowing Doordash to push your customers to other pizza places. I like your pizza, but the way you treat customers sucks.

Worst customer service ever and ther shift manager dose not know how to do his job properly just covering his employees telling me I ordered wrong right I had half my order on the phone app witch can't seem to order off of ever it sucks and he pretty much told me no on his employees for giving me wrong order and I even added more food and still messed it all up and just protecting his employees not giving good customers service at all ill be calling his boss tomorrow not cool never had a place treat customers so poorly if I could give no start I would

I ordered a pizza and wings and it was delivered with a slice of pizza and a piece of chicken missing! I called to let them know and was called a liar by the manage, who then hung up on me. This is NOT how you run a business.

Said they were out of personal pan pizza . How can you be " out " one small size ? You take some dough and fit it in the pan . Add sauce , cheese and pepperoni and cook it . What kind of idiot has people who can't make a pizza running a pizza parlor , chasing away current and all future business from somebody ?
First time here and at a Pizza Hut in many years. We put the order in online only to be told it would be 15 minutes or so. The moment we placed the order we received the message stating our order was ready. By our calculations the order didn't have time to be made let alone be cooked. Everything looked yummy by glancing at it however one pizza seemed to be done the other was very doughy and tasted raw. The wings were not hot or made to order. For the amount of money, one is charging you think things would be made to order and you would be trying to take care of the customer. The dining room was closed so we could not go in and pick the order up. We then had to use the drive through only to wait well over 15 minute to get our order. The customer service could be better. No receipt, no thank you, and NO HAVE A NICE NIGHT. It is enough to tell us we will not be back.
