Ordered a large Super Supreme with White Sauce on Pan crust, Regular Breadsticks & a 2ltr of Pepsi. They got the size of the pizza right and the Pepsi. THAT WAS IT. No white sauce. Not on pan crust. Ended up with Cheesey Breadsticks which I specifically didnt want. Hell, I had to tell her my full order 3 times, but thought she got it right. My bad for thinking. No excuses for this. They weren't busy. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

They messed up my order. I called and let them know and asked if they can get the correct thing on the way. I just paid money to have food delivered and paid tip. But apparently they won't resend food cause it doesn't meet the minimum amount of money even though i just spent over $30

Went there to grab a pizza at 4:30pm on a Wednesday and the place was locked up looked over at the hours of operation and they where supposed to be open. As we walked away another person came up in the parking lot and proceeded to walk to the door it was locked for him too but he looked in the door and an obvious door man let him un and promptly locked it behind him. Was i discriminated against? Sure felt like it! Don't worry albany pizza hut message loud and clear i will never attempt to purchase anything from you again.

We were the only customers there. No line, no rush. So youâd expect a solid experience. Unfortunately, that wasnât the case.
Our pepperoni pizza looked thrown together, with toppings missing in random spots like someone forgot how pizza works. The breadsticks? Same deal â some with seasoning, some bare like plain dough sticks. For how slow it was, thereâs really no excuse.
The cashier was the one bright spot â super friendly and professional. But everything else felt like an afterthought. Tables werenât clean, and underneath them looked like it hadnât been swept in days. Dust, crumbs, who-knows-what â not a great first impression.
The arcade was tiny and honestly not safe. The pinball machine was blocked off with cleaning supplies and random buckets stacked nearby. Not only messy but a real hazard if youâve got kids running around.
Oh, and outside? Employeesâ vehicles in the parking lot had political flags flying â bold, in-your-face ones. Everyoneâs entitled to their views, but thatâs not something I expect to see when grabbing a bite with my family.
All in all, the food missed the mark, the space felt unkept, and the whole experience just left us uncomfortable. Wonât be coming back.

Just tastes bad.
It was made quick. It was delivered quick. It was crispy where it was supposed to be crispy and doughy where it was supposed to be doughy. It was well cooked. It was well organized. There weren't big ugly bubbles or dumb burn crap or anything like that. But the taste is just bad. The marinara sauce is bad. The pepperoni and Chipotle sauces are bad. The spicy garlic wings are pretty good but the garlic parmesan wings had barely any sauce on them at all. It just tasted like blank breaded chicken wings.
So really not great. Probably not going to get there again.
