When I've gone into the store to pickup my order I've noticed the lady with tattoos (maybe the manager?) that is working is always extremely rude to her staff and can often be heard swearing behind the counter which I find extremely unprofessional. I have had this happen multiple times and have friends that have gone there and experienced the same thing.

Other than that, the pizza is always amazing and it's affordable. Most definitely my favorite...

This is the most underrated pizza in Albany. I have never received less than the best with fresh ingredients. Also the delivery driver was amazing. I have very reactive dogs and they where in and out like a ninja and my dogs had no idea!!!

I want to thank pizza now for being able to help us last minute, on Monday 11/24/2025 i was in a class and it was our last class and we were going to be having a pizza party after another restaurant screwed up we went to pizza now and while I'm sure it was stressful to get a order that big and in such short notice, I'm sure i can speak for all the attendees of the class that we are so grateful for your ability to accommodate so quickly.
