Our family went to dinner Thursday night this week. The restaurant was pretty busy, so we were worried that the service may reflect that. We’ve struggle mentally to spend the money on a dinner out these days because we often leave disappointed in the meal and/or the service. Our server Maya totally knocked it out of the park and made our family night out worth every penny and more. Maya was pleasant, kind and anticipated our needs throughout the meal. We were greatly impressed by her attentiveness and will happily visit again soon. :)

Service was good.We both had fish and chips. Absolutely the worst fish I ever have eaten. Tough and tasteless, I’ve never experienced tough, rubbery fish. The fries were over salted. Cole slaw mediocre. I know Red Robin’s is a gourmet hamburger restaurant but I feel if you serve other foods they should be just as good. Unless you just want hamburgers. I would not recommend this restaurant.

As always, above par on service, food, and atmosphere. Love the bottomless strawberry lemonade and unlimited garlic fries as a side to one of their delicious, ultra gourmet hamburgers. For sure one of my top stops anytime I’m looking for somewhere to enjoy a meal. They take time on orders, which is to be expected, but not the place to go if you’re looking for fast food.

We came as a family (wife, son and me). My son and I had burgers and they were good. My wife had the fish and something was just off with it. It wasn’t that good. The tartar sauce wasn’t either. Not that the fish was bad (it wasn’t) just that it didn’t taste that good. The service was okay (not great, not bad). When we asked for a refill on our bottomless steak fries, we got a small plate with a handful of fries and no more campfire sauce. Shortly after delivering the fries, the check came and she didn’t come back to check on us. Just seemed like they wanted to do the minimum and get us out. I’ve been to this restaurant a lot of times over the years and it’s not my first choice for burgers. The only reason we came is my son wanted to. It was also pretty loud and not all that busy. We probably won’t be back any time soon. It’s just meh…
