On 11/23/25 I took my granddaughter and two of her friends to Red Robin for lunch for my granddaughter's birthday the food was definitely not worth $100 my hamburger tasted like cardboard I'm not sure that many of the ingredients were fresh. The service was VERY PUSHY THE server kept pushing us to order I kept telling him we needed more time and he kept coming by like every minute to see if we needed to order. Needless to say I will never eat there again it was definitely not worth $100

We won a gift card so decided to try it out for a date night. After trying to pay, they said the gift card system was down so we didn't even get to use the card. The food was decent but the service was poor as the server was blunt and only interacted with us twice, once to take the order and once to give the check. Not sure when the gift card system will be fixed. Not sure I’d come back even if it is.

The most we have been ignored I. A very long time. We were sat in the managers section. Took 20min before we were even created at our table. Got our app before any drinks. Got our food before any drinks. We ordered water and sprite. Finally brought our drinks. Sprite syrup was out asked for a water. Asked again for a water, meal was finished before I ever got a drink. They tried to charge me for the sprite I didn’t drink. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Waitress was super pleasant. Enjoyed my lunch with my son. Great margarita as well.
The manager andrea was insanely rude dismissive also the way she treats the staff is disgusting

The server Sandra and the Manager AJ are the definition of excellent customer service. Fast,Friendly and always attentive. My order was taken quickly and brought out quickly.

The burger was rock hard, got a stomach ache from the mac and cheese, and frys where sub par. For $20, not worth it. 1 star.

The people were nice but busy. Red Robin is far from it's original experience. Like many national chains it seems like it is in a downhill slide due to shifting demand regarding dining experiences. A Red Robin burger used to be the standard for American food. Now there are very little toppings. Nothing lasts forever.

Ordered the whiskey river burger. It's so flavorful and yummy. I absolutely love it. I ordered this item to go. Was no wait at all. The prices are a bit high Hard to believe an 8 dollar burger is now a $20 burger. I had to work well over 1 and a half hours just to afford to eat here. If your looking for a deal money wise this isn't the place. The burger is good the fries are good and so is the ranch dipping sauce, I'm still In Shock over the price. Other than that I like the food. Wouldn't recommend to someone on a budget.

We have eaten here many times, and today was the worst service we've ever received! Started out good, manager came and took our order for the waitress ( very busy). Waitress came and introduced herself. Another waitress brought the food, minus one order. Ten minutes later the manager stopped and asked if something was wrong with my burger. My response was what burger! Apparently it was never ordered! Told them to forget it! Had to ask again for sauce that was ordered and a fork for the veggies. Never got the extra fries, never offered refills on drinks, no napkins given! Only time our waitress even came to the table was when we asked for more fries and to get payment! All she could do was say sorry. So disappointed with it all tonight!
