Where do i start one of the best i gave them a shot tried their amritsari kulcha and sweet lassi and they didnt disappoint the food was 10 out of 10 the other thing the owner of the food truck was very nice please give them a chance im adding some pictures which will show

Ordered the biryani ,level 3 spicy...It was actually spicy and not mild like most places...Healthiest food around the truck stop...Flavors were full of spices and look small, but was just right... Will be back when in Oregon next....Nice vegan/vegetarian options...Younger gentleman was nice. P.s. order first to skip the wait.

I just stopped by and had a mango lassi and chicken kadai (med heat) with the garlic naan bread and it was sooo good! Just the right amount of heat too! Well worth the trip and affordable too! Thanks for the good food and great service!
