Sidekicks Gourmet Desserts and Espresso

If you're looking you're looking for delicious coffee and amazing customer service look no further. As a traveling salesman, I must start my day off right. Every morning I visit these ladies, always greeted with a smile and great conversation. Most importantly, the coffee is the best in town. The only complaint I have is that I'm on the road too much to get something to eat or drink in the afternoon.

Everything tasted amazing. Food was fresh, and delicious. I had the Chicken salad sandwich on GF bread and my husband had the turkey pesto wrap. Both so good.

Cozy friendly place! Delicious BLT on a croissant and beautiful breve. Feels like someone’s living room in the most welcoming way. Totally understood I needed somewhere to sit for a few hours with my train running late. Was able to get a lot done on my laptop with their wifi.

When I ordered Bonnie's Shrimp Crunch Salad I expected a salad (lettuce?)with bay shrimp, noodles, green onion and some shredded carrots. I did not expect a carrot salad. Since I don't like carrots, I picked out the tiny shrimp and the rest went in the compost. I re-read and really, there was no way to know. However, as always, the Lovin Oven cake was delicious and I'm grateful to Sidekicks for bringing their cakes to Albany.

Sidekicks is a great place to get your food and drink! They have a fantastic menu with delicious everything! Their food is yummy and feels like home. The atmosphere is also cozy and can make for a great studying place. There is even a variety of desserts available for your sweet tooth if a shake or coffee didn’t quench it! (Cake, cheesecake, muffins, dessert bars) Their espresso shakes are the bomb! They have specials that come out every month that can be a really fun way to spice things up in your regular routine. But on top of their amazing menu, the staff really cares. They strive to make great drinks and food, and the effort (and success!) is evident. They also have fun things for purchase such as custom made pens, jewelry, stickers, cards, and gift cards to get your friends and family hooked! Give them a try and I promise you won’t regret it ?

This is the best coffee shop in town! Sam and the owner both make a fantastic cup of coffee. The shop has delicious cakes and bake good either made in shop or bought from local bakerys. The people are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommed them hands down!

This place is the cutest and most calming place I've ever been in! I love this shop! My favorite are their espresso shakes. They are so good! I usually get their turkey pesto wrap which is so refreshing and comes with a bag of chips. This is such a nice place, highly highly recommend!!

Every time I get a coffee for my wife at Sidekicks, I end up needing one for myself also. They are cheaply priced and their coffee is very good. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new coffee spot to regularly go to.

I love it here. I first went to try an iced white mocha. I usually get it at Starbucks but it was raising my blood sugar too much honestly. But I wasn’t ready to give it up. I went to sidekicks and it is AMAZING. It is the best white mocha I have ever had. It isn’t super sweet made with all sweetener and sugar. I can taste the coffee and the price is great for their largest size! I highly recommend them. Their staff is also super sweet and nice. Oh their cake and food is super yummy too ! ❤️❤️

SO thankful this place changed ownership! I’m able to get my favorite Bonnie Shrimp Crunch salad again! The food and service is absolutely amazing, and they’ve really cleaned up the place. If you haven’t been in awhile, give them another try!
