Lunch time. It's part buffet so it is what it is. Had the steak and vegetables. Steak was cooked fine but the carrots were very under done. Salad bar was not stocked. Table was not cleaned properly. Wait staff was friendly but other than cleaning around us, was at a minimum.

Been coming to this Sizzlers for 10 yrs. It’s the worst it’s ever been. Brian, the manager. Is a JOKE. Brian has NO CUSTOMER Etiquette. Two heating bulbs burned out now. Food on the salad bar is lukewarm. One has been burned out for 3 weeks. He blames corporate. They need to let management fix the light bulbs. Corporate needs to fix Brian or let him go. Brian NEEDS TO WEAR A UNIFORM! With a NAME TAG LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE. Go buy the lights! Have HOT FOOD for your customers. Brian doesn’t wear gloves when filling the ice cream cones. There are so many things about this Sizzlers, that needs to be fixed, too many to mention. It’s too bad, and so SAD.

My family and I come here a couple of times a year, here is our experience from our most recent visit to Sizzler's Albany location. We were greeted by Amber as we came in as we finished looking over the menu she took our order, be sure to ask for the military discount if you're a veteran. Our server took our ticket as we we're getting our self-serve salads, the food at the salad bar appeared fresh. Our main course was brought to us in a decent amount of time. The mashed potatoes didn't taste fresh and the vegetables weren't thoroughly cooked. Our server didn't regularly check our us to see how the food was tasting or ask about refills.

It’s been approximately three months ago when we were at this location service was excellent. Food entrée was 7 out of 10 thought we would give it another try, salad bar was Filthy with salad dressing Spelled all over and toppings were mixed in with other toppings was not very happy. We were thinking about coming in here this evening but after reading lots of these reviews, we are changing our mind and probably going elsewhere.

2 of us in for lunch at 11:00 a.m. celebrating a work anniversary, the other along for the visit as we drove 90 minutes for this Sizzler to enjoy malibu chicken. I ordered double Malibu and added a salad bar. My guest was not very hungry and opted for a side of FF and a beverage. I was insulted to be told bay the tall, white haired man with glasses to not share my salad bar. I replied "I am aware of that". We sat. I went to the salad bar, it was not completely set up and ready to go. Missing utensils (was reminded by the rude salad bar attendant that all dressings had labeled ladles and my asking for a ladle for the Italian was incorrect as I was pointing at the 'Vinaigrette" dressing that needed a ladle, missing inserts of fods, soup, taco fixings, hot foods by the chicken wings. Th st and nd person I encountered at this location were rude and definitely seemed unhappy to be there or to have a job or just plain and simply unhappy.
It is extremely, and getting more expensive to eat out. When a customer chooses to come to your restaurant, rude, insulting and absence of products is NOT what we should be met with.
I will not return to this location ever again. I will go to Eugene as the staff there were way more grateful for my business and seemingly happy to have customers.

Amazing food at reasonable prices. Our server, Sage, had a smile that lit up the room, with a personality to match. She was kind enough to take some pictures of our group. We have eaten here occasionally over a number of years and will come back. Recommended!

So I spoke with a general manager here after I was served a raw plate of chicken on my lunch break and then I asked her my $13 back for my plate of food where he laughed at me and told me the chicken was not raw when it was obviously pink and I had three other people sitting there with me so I told him to cash it out and give it to the waiter that he had working there because he seem to be the only competent person in this whole restaurant I don't know if people understand this but there's actually currently a flu going through the poultry industry and it's actually hospitalizing people so for this guy to be this ignorant I don't think he should be a manager he may seem a little outdated and not up with the times go ahead and reach out to me if you need a new one.
