We LOVE these cheese steaks more than anyplace we’ve tried before! Taste homemade every time and it’s always fast. My husband and I prefer to take food home to eat so this is absolutely perfect! Way better than any food chain

High prices! Needs seasoning! The guy that was running it is rude can’t say thank you, asked for a paper plate to eat on and told we don’t have plates eat on a napkin, they ask you for a minimum 20 percent tip before making your food so you can set at dirty picnic tables. Really bad. Sorry we were really trying to find a good place but this is not it.

The cheesesteak was marginal but the fries were hot and fresh and quite a lot for the money! I opted for the provolone upgrade on the cheesesteak and that was excellent.

have tried the place 3 separate times now hoping they would improve because i love a good philly cheesesteak. these things belong in a gas station hot food case... Not parked here. all 3 times there wasn’t enough cheese to even slightly call it a philly. REALLY skimpy on the meat. Every Philly i have had is the opposite of what these guys are trying to put out. Honestly the last few times have just got worse. please get this truck out of here and bring in something better.
I love food. Since I moved to the US I’ve been to 26 states and had some insane meals all over. When I think of a Philly cheesesteak, and I’ve had them all over the country at this point, I wouldn’t have thought I’d be going to a food truck to get one this good! Slinkeys brings that legit cheesesteak experience to the PNW, in a way no one else has even come close to. Nowhere in Portland, Salem, Albany, or anywhere else in the state has even come close to how good these are! I’ve had several varieties and even a collab with Kracked Crab to make me a cheesesteak with deep fried lobster tail.. and omg, I can’t even do that justice with words! The food, from the ribeye, to the whiz, the sweet peppers and caramelized onions.. the roll itself. Everything has been perfect over and over, along with the service from any of the staff and even the owner himself. So much that when my brother came from Australia recently, we made a point of eating here just so he could get that solid experience and flavor!

Best cheesesteaks around no doubt, Nobody else is using ribeye steak or sweet peppers and it definitely shows when you take a bite. They have Provolone and Whiz cheese options so you get the best of both worlds if you don't want to go all out and try the whiz which I DO recommend trying. The fries are really good too with a nice seasoning on them and they also have Water Ice (Italian Ice) which is great for the summer time and for anyone looking for dairy free deserts! It seems like the only people that aren't enjoying them are people looking for cheesesteaks and not Philly cheesesteaks because these are excellent and I eat them frequently. The local pubs have west coast style cheesesteaks if that's what you are after but this is the real deal.
