For my happy birthday I was told to visit a local Starbucks and show your ID and they will treat you to a FREE happy birthday drink. So on our way out of town for my special day I stopped by my local North Albany Starbucks to only be met with confusion on how the staff acted and treated me, so sad, even on my special day. I walked up to the counter and smiled at the kid at the counter (bleach blonde hair) he just threw out what can I get for you with zero customer service, no worries it's MY day and that won't stop my happiness. So I happily explain it's my bday and does this location participate in free bday drinks? His response was, only if you have the app. I said okay, I normally just make a purchase without an app but I'm happy to get started. Before I could finish he interrupted me to tell me PRIOR to your birthday. I said, so to get this right, if I came in with the app I could have a complimentary bday drink but because I hadn't yet I'm just out of luck? He at this point was irritated with me and sternly said YES! I said okay I'll head over to Dutch Brothers. So I did. They were smiling as I drove up, and happily served me a FREE HAPPY BIRTHDAY DRINK! ? ? YAY DUTCH!I promise I'll never set foot inside your establishment again, not due to no free drink rather how rude that kid was knowing it was my day and I walked in with a smile and left embarrassed and frustrated. So not necessary ? Time for some training in what customer service is, we are your paycheck kids! Think about it.

I've always had a pleasant experience with this location. This location offers ample parking, plenty of seating, and clean restrooms. The barista's have always been friendly during my visit, and my beverages are promptly available after ordering through the mobile app.I highly recommend the strawberry creme frappuccino. It is absolutely delicious and satisfying, especially if you're not in the mood for coffee. I also enjoy their vanilla bean frappuccino and black iced tea. I decided to try the blended strawberry lemonade. It was okay but not something that I'd order again.This is my preferred location in Albany, and I like the friendly atmosphere. I will visit again in the near future.

Everything was great! I messed up my order by not saying it correctly, and they were nice enough to remake it without charging me again! The Starbucks staff on Hickory Street in Albany Oregon, are all Great, friendly, and helpful ? thank you!

Several visits in the last 2 months that the coffee is made with no syrup. I can't turn around and have it fixed, this is the 4th time it's happened, they have served me hot milk coffee multiple times. I won't be coming back, even if it's convenient.

For a Starbucks I was pleased by the ambience inside. Usually when a Starbucks gets busy, the sounds of a coffee rush crowd, coffee grinders and espresso steamers can drown out your conversation, surprisingly this location has great acoustics and my multi-hour catch-up with a friend was unaffected.My drink and breakfast sandwich were on point and the Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, if you are looking for some stocking stuffers, they have a LARGE AMOUNT OF CLEARANCE ITEMS AVAILABLE CURRENTLY (cups, mugs, etc.), just something I noticed and wanted to share if you are ready to do some early Xmas shopping ;-)

Always order through the app for pickup, when I pick up in store they always greet me and let me know if any of my drinks may have looked odd because of certain substitutions I had ordered which was very much appreciated. Drinks are usually spot on, employees are nice. So far I'm loving it!

We stopped by passing through. The clerk was awkward, spine away from the mic or us enough that I had to ask what more than 1x, the egg bites were weird texture. Not gritty but not smooth and yummy like normal. I don't like having to guess if it's close to being spoiled or not. It was just a disappointing experience.
