The americano was bitter and I was disappointed not to find a restroom there. I guess I did not notice it was only a drive thru. I will not go back.

Enjoyed, 2 pup cups, iced matcha and apple croissants. Customer Service was good and the Matcha was extra frothy and yummy! Would have been nice to sit and relax with the pups, but there was no outside seating area to enjoy. Overall, good experience.

OMG how many times is Google going to ask me to rate Starbucks? Seriously nice happy people consistent coffee a lot of green paint and wood tables. The big down side they are pricey.

Stopped to let my 3 year old to use the bathroom. (Usually Starbucks is our place to stop during vacations and trips for the bathroom). However, since the renovation they do not have a public rest room. I asked politely to use their rest room, not for me, but my 3 year old. The employee refused. I looked around and they had 10 employees working, so I doubt they all walk over to Lowe’s every time someone needs to relieves themselves. The employee suggested going to Lowe’s. Obviously, I wasn’t talking to someone who has been in a parents’ or care takers’ shoes before. Employee had bad judgement. Won’t be going there anymore.

Very bad service, I ordered at the drive thru and they told me they couldn't hear me to go to the window, I ordered again and they told me the same thing, I can't hear you, it was very frustrating.

Staff were friendly and great! That’s why 4 stars, but this was not a great location. Very little parking around the building, other spots are for nearby businesses. And, there’s no seating inside.
