In the afternoons lately, there is a young man in drive thru that is so awesome! He double checks my order, ensures food is available during ordering. He always has a great attitude, nice, friendly and makes sure everything is good before the customer leaves.

Starbucks fukd up when they turned this nice little cafe into a “cUmuTEr sToRE”. Such a stupid idea. If I wanted a drive up experience I’d go to Human Bean or Douche Brothers.

This location on pacific is much more drive-thru & parking lot friendly than the store on Waverly. I’ve only been to this location 3 or 4 times, and each time my drink has been good. I only order ahead these days and my drink is ready when I get there for pick up. Super nice employees at 6am when I stop by. Overall 4 stars because one female employee was rather rude on an afternoon pickup, so I’ll make sure I just keep coming in the mornings.

Awesome staff! I used to work in that area and would be able to walk over there and they always remembered my order and the people were awesome there.
You need to work on your ice ratio. You don’t need to fill 3/4 to 7/8 of the cup with ice! When someone asks for ice coffee or tea, should ask them how much ice they want. Ordered a large ice drink, cup is filled almost to the top with ice!

I do not live in the area. I got off this exit just to visit the Starbucks.The drive-thru was exactly long so I parked And went inside being that i had to be somewhere by a certain time.I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. And a coffee drink.The person that ordered behind me Happen to be an employee. They grabbed their drink and my bagel and walked into the back.I said nothing. I waited a few minutes and told an employee that I had not received my bagel after already standing there holding my drink for 15 minutes.Another almost 15 minutes goes by and I had to go. I left without my food that I had paid for and no refund. I told the employee I'm sorry but I have to go now. Do you think they said "Wait", let me give you a refund. No, they did not.I don't know what your rules are as to what the employees are entitled to get for free during a shift. But you most certainly have employees or at least 1 that I know of that is a thief.When you're busy like that, you should have an employee paying more attention and being more organized. When you're throwing everybody's food and drinks in a disordered mess on the counter jumbled up together.This is literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Not only did a employee steal my food and cause me to stand there for almost 30 minutes. They are extremely unorganized, it's a mess.

Drove through and got a pink drink (dragonfruit and coconut milk) Really friendly service, drink was delicious. Also got the Impossible breakfast sandwich and a donut. One of my favorite Starbucks!
