Took exactly 22 minutes to get my coffee with only one person in front of me.
Every time I stop by, I have to wait like 5 min to even get a greeting. Even though there is one customer (already making his /her drink) or they are just cleaning or something else. The only reason I stop by there is because my wife works next door. And I want to get her something. So I have to go to a different coffee shop 2 or 3 blocks away and come back to the same place.

its a good place but and guy named kellan or somthing like That was being kind of rude I orderd and the told the girl im sorry and rolled his eyes telling her my order
Ivy is absolutely rude. Feel bad for the poor girl she’s training. Belittling her in front of customers. She must really hate her job. She has no customer service skills and is absolutely intolerable. Will never be back to this location when she is working.
Avoid Starbucks. The company loves retaliating against its workers especially when the workers stand up for themselves. That could be your mother, father, sister, brother, son or daughter that losses their livelihood and home over practices the CEO put into action.
Super fast workers, and I have a complicated order and they got it fast.
I bought two grande coffee‘s when the cups were handed to me and I realized that they were both only half full I complained and they refused to do anything about it when I talk to a Safeway manager they refused to do anything about it to the point of even calling me a liar so now both Safeway and Starbucks have lost my business
There’s 0 reason to even stop in. Every time I’ve gone they can’t accommodate something “only corporate stores do those” is often what I’m told. Once I finally find something they are able to make it’s not in stock.
I really enjoy this hole in the wall style Starbucks. Buying cold drinks with your ebt is a option. You may also use your Safeway membership card and obtain points for Safeway's fuel rewards. My only concern is how hard the current employee's work to make up for being short staffed. Very clean and sanitary. Service can be slow when busy at least for now ... totally understandable though as the one lady who's working really does her best.
Unfortunately the slowest Starbucks in the Albany area. Get your coffee an hour down the road, you'll still end up saving time.

the staff on Wednesday September 1st 2021 time 11:20 am was very disrespectful and so embarrassing for me and my sister. They made her cry for wanting her drink remade. This is so sad to write because we literally come here every other day and have never had major complications with drinks and the staff has always been kind but the three girls including a girl named brie rolled their eyes, and were talking under their breath and recording their workshift on camera. I won’t be coming back and neither will friends or family and will be publicly sharing my expire eve with others. I hope the new management can re train them on just human decency! So sad.

Giving 3 stars, because it's Sunday, and only 1 person working. She took all of our orders and then made our drinks. (5 people in line.) The barista was super nice, so she deserves 10 stars. But on a Sunday, you should have 2 people working, with all of the people shopping.
It's a Starbucks.
