I came in today, August 23 2025. There was a lone server named Mackenzie. She was so incredibly sweet. I’d been looking all over for boba since summers ending and this location had it. She gave me extra because she said since they didn’t have the drink no one orders it. She was super helpful and friendly and the best costumer service I’ve seen in a long time. I hope she goes on to do great things!!
I really enjoy this hole in the wall style Starbucks. Buying cold drinks with your ebt is a option. You may also use your Safeway membership card and obtain points for Safeway's fuel rewards. My only concern is how hard the current employee's work to make up for being short staffed. Very clean and sanitary. Service can be slow when busy at least for now ... totally understandable though as the one lady who's working really does her best.
Giving 3 stars, because it's Sunday, and only 1 person working. She took all of our orders and then made our drinks. (5 people in line.) The barista was super nice, so she deserves 10 stars. But on a Sunday, you should have 2 people working, with all of the people shopping.
