I visited this location with my 1-year-old son and we had a great experience. My coffee was delicious, but more importantly the staff was so accommodating and kind while my son explored the shop. One of the baristas (regrettably didn’t catch her name) even went out of her way to find stickers to give to him. I really appreciate the service we received here! Loud hard to order. Rude counter person. Kept leaving intercom and I had to repeat myself. Very frustrating person, not friendly or invested in the order. Wanted to lecture an argue with me, instead of giving me my order so I could move on. I requested several times to give me my drink and she would not.
Other than the parking lot being a nightmare, the service here is always good but today when I went through the drive up, I ordered the melon energy drink but I wanted it in a grande size…. The girl told me that they can only do that drink in a venti which is so bizarre since I get other energy drinks in a smaller size so why? Make it make sense please.
