This Starbucks used to be wonderful. The people that worked there were kind. It was a pleasant place to go. The food was good. The coffee was excellent and now you have turned it into a fast food counter. The people you have working there are rude. The food is disgusting, the coffee is burnt and is gross and they don't make your order. The way you ask them to do it. And when you tell them it's wrong, they give you an attitude. What happened to you? What happened to Starbucks? This is really sad that you have done this to your store. Because it's disgusting. I cannot even put into words. How rude am I And discurdious your employee's, I can't say it enough.So incredibly rude, nasty, the woman who was working the drive through.Heavy set woman with dark hair pulled up in a ponytail nasty nasty nasty. Did I mention she was rude?And did I mention that my coffee was wrong?And did I mention when I tried to correct her?She basically told me there's nothing she can do cause.The coffee was already made. Many years ago I worked for your company, and it was a wonderful wonderful company that I loved.So much and customers and customer service was at the top priority in our store.I don't know what happened, but I think you need to go back to that

3 to 6 minutes was my estimated app time for the drip coffee I ordered at 11 AM on a Monday. I arrive 10 minutes later, intentionally late (because the slow experience here is the experience at all Starbucks, these days) and I see the barista BEGIN to make my coffee. She’s also creating all sorts of shaken…frothy…syrupy…iced…EVERYTHING COMPLICATED UNDER THE SUN…drinks…as my drip coffee SITS. I wait patiently in the corner for another five minutes while my coffee sits under the machine, waiting for a simple lid and to be passed off to me. Does anybody else remember being able to order a drip coffee from Starbucks and getting it quickly? It seems like COFFEE is no longer the star of the show.

I got there at 4:40 am, not the first time around that time, and they turned me away stating they weren’t open yet. Asking me what I would like to order then turn around and tell me they’re closed. Great service. Next time have the lights off and actually look like you’re closed instead of turning away customers for no reason.

I love Starbucks but this particular store seems to be of the mind set of we serve 10 people in the drive thru for every drink made for patrons who walk in.
They got my order wrong and I said they did and declined it and so I tried to get another one with my actual order, willing to pay again, but for some reason they said no. VERY bad experience and NEVER coming again.

If I could leave no stars, I would. They refused to give water to a 2 year old who had been in the car for two hours. This place is NOT kid-friendly and NOT customer service oriented.
