Small town girl who moved and served in Vegas for 10 ish years here. My time in the craft in a city that takes serving so very seriously (60,80,100 thousand a year jobs not uncommon at all), I developed a keen eye for all aspects of service. I understand that as a hardened veteran of the force, I'm generally mildly disappointed due to the standards Id expect, whether it be the service or the food....but, I expect that in non industry towns. Virginia and what I can only assume was her new hire left me with nothing to say or desire after their service. There were only two people that evening but they were covering everything seamlessly working hand in hand with each other, but dropping almost everything to assist me and my husband on our way in after a long day of work. Both humble, polite, warm and relaxed were very welcoming, with the shop looking spotless and everything in the cooler looking prim and fresh. Most Zen Subway experience in YEARS. Thank you guys.

Tried to send me out without the drink and without the chips and without four cookies. Just a sandwich. I have to do everyone else's job for them and I don't get paid to do that. Day after day month after month year after year just like every other place nothing ever changes. My experience is that most of the time it's done on purpose and very rarely a true accident.

Asked for a toasted meatball sub came with refrigerator cold sauce and meatballs and wasn't even toasted. Won't be going back to this location also they forgot the pretzel foot long and took forever to ring up and get order out.

I like this location the best. The restaurant is always clean. All of the staff are so friendly, and talkative. Always smiling, and seem genuinely happy to be there which is pretty refreshing these days. The new wraps are very good!

Just got a Subway sandwich and it was the souped up chicken bacon ranch one. I asked for them to add cucumber and black olives, and because of this, they did not put any other vegetables that come with the sandwich. No lettuce, tomato or onions at all. Very rude. That’s kind of lazy that you just went head and decided that I don’t need all the stuff that comes with my sandwich just because I asked for extra add-ons which you offer for free.
The lobby is pretty clean but the kitchen the utensils the makeline looks nasty and the sandwiches and everything in the sandwhiches were just piled on there

Restaurant #10421 The Dippers are a joke! 4 tiny pieces of chicken... very little cheese... all bread. And the dips cups were filled about 1/4 full. It was trashed! Also, the Pretzel was so stale, it couldn't be chewed. A total waste of money!

I work around the corner from this location. On Friday, July 5th, I was short on time and ordered a sandwich using the Subway app. Everything seemed normal and the app said my order was ready for pickup. I arrived to find the doors locked and they were closed. I called on Monday, July 8th for a refund and was told I’d get my refund in 5 to 7 days. Great job Subway located at 2115 Pacific Blvd in Albany, Oregon. I will never order from this location again.
