I have visited this Subway twice in the last week and received excellent service both times. They made the sandwiches just as desired, everything tasted great, and the fountain soda was pretty good. Plenty of parking and seating here. This is a great location and I'll be sure to return. Thanks, Albany Subway!

If I could rate it lower I would. Employees were standoffish towards customer. Fellow customer made comment about writing name on sandwich as they had a munch piling up at checkout. Employee said “we know which is which”. After checking out, I received a sandwich from 2 orders in front of me. Awful experience all the way around.

I will never come back to this subway. The employees act like they are paying for the food out of their own pocket. Last week I tried the nachos from a location in Salem, snd it was delicious. The employee refused to add olives on the nachos even after I said I would pay for this. I got one tiny scoop of guacamole ghat I payed extra for. A few pieces of onions. As a vegetarian I don't want to pay to eat just bread, but needs veggies on it. Completely ridiculous. Splitting up 1 piece of onion and calling it good on a veggie sandwich is not okay

Largest Subway seating area I've ever seen. Could have a superbowl party in there. If it had a TV and beer that is, but maybe that will come later, when Subway grows up.
Vegetarian options: I got a salad with warmed roasted chicken on top and ranch salad dressing. Unusual? But I'm trying to stay on a Keto diet.
Went to pick a sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Wanted to put sauces on the next day so my sandwich was not soggy. They charged me 1.78 for 2 small packets of mustard, 2 oil, and 2 vinegar. Looked at my receipt, and it said they charged me .89 for 1 large refill twice! So what we are making up charges as we go??? This is a sure sign that this place is in trouble. The manager there has made my sandwich s in the past and has never been too friendly.. Ask for more of anything, and she acts like it's coming out of her pocket. I only get 3 veggies hmmm!!! The sign on the wall must be a lie!! It says " Our ingredients your masterpiece"

This Subway had clean tables. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sandwich station was also clean. When there were no customers, they busied themselves with small tasks instead of talking or scrolling. The drink station was also clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. This is a well-run Subway.
I ordered on line and apparently someone does not know how to read. I selected cheese, not added, selected toasted ,it was not toasted. The did not have a sufficient amount meet ot toppings. More bread than anything. Also, no straw for my drinks, no napkins. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.
