The two guys working tonight were amazing very helpful very respectful very talkative with the customers however what the hell did Subway do to the teriyaki sauce I haven't tried it since a revamp their menu and it sucks The only thing left on the menu that I enjoy is taking cheese since her menu revamp and since that's all they got that I like I'm not going to be frequenting subway much anymore The chicken teriyaki is nasty now

3 times in the last few weeks, I've stopped in to get a meatball sub. All 3 times the employees were slow to respond, they had to finish their conversation first. Each time they took my order, only to tell me they were out of meatballs. Maybe if they spent more time doing their job, rather than chatting and ignoring customers. They might actually have time to prepare one of their signature items. The absolute last time I go to this Subway. With Quiznos gone, I guess I'm going to drive the extra distance and go to No Bologna or up to Salem to Firehouse.

Walk up to line, and encountered an employee leaning on the sandwich board filling out some type of form. When she finished, she finally looked up only to say nothing to me and walk away going into the back room area . No effort to provide customer service to myself or the people behind me. I left and found food elsewhere .

If there is a promotion happening for buy one get one free, I'd gladly spend the 7-9$ for two footlong sandwhiches in a dinner pinch. The staff at this location was friendly and sandwhiches we're made promptly, the ingredient quality of the vegetables is fine, the bread and meats are subpar. Its subway... you know what you're getting

Unclean. Floors had food crumbs not swept up. Tables and chairs dirty not wiped from prior customers food crumbs. Cashier counter not wiped down. Food crumbs left on it. Customer line up... yep.. again.. food crumbs all along it. Food was great tho and good customer service.

Normally we never have a problem with the customer service but unfortunately we decided to stop in today and Ulysses messed up my mother's sandwich and then tried to rudely tell my mom she ordered it that way nobody wants a pound of mayonnaise and or mustard on their sandwich and as if that wasn't enough his co worker then sat behind us and on the phone and told a story witch is a stretch of the truth to whomever hshe was talking to I feel absolutely disrespected as a customer and as a person

The employees were all distracted, did not take my order, then got most of my order wrong. Did not know what specific menu items had - bacon, Mozzarella, etc. as the sign specified, and the melt was not grilled and/or pressed as it should've been. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. INCOMPETENT.

Came into it ordered three sandwiches, there was nobody out front so I said it's anybody there, he came out and I wanted to put a order in he didn't act like he was very happy he wouldn't answer me when I was talking to him he made the sandwiches did a good job on that but no conversation and acted like he was mad about having to wait on us. Customer service is very important but some of the younger generation doesn't seem to care anymore.

For some reason it seems like this subway in the albany walmart is always understaffed. And it is this way during dinner hours like 5:30 ish. Today for example I was 3rd in line and spent approx 40 minutes there. The employees are always nice, but this guy today moved like a three legged sloth going up a molasses mountain into a 50 mile an hour headwind. SLOW.... maybe he was just tired of being alone during rush hour. Food is always good though.

Very disappointed. Use to purchase a lot in past but will not be going back. Chicken had absolutely no flavor. They don't use rotisserie chicken anymore nor swiss cheese. Bread has always been so fresh but my piece was very tough & hard to bite through & chew. My fav has been ruined so I'll be going to Dominos. There sandwiches are awesome! Sorry Subway but you forced me to purchase elsewhere.
