Significant lack of meat in sandwiches and they were unwilling to put toppings on the footlong Dorito's nachos that weren't original. Bathroom was dirty. Only pro was the parking lot was large enough to pull into with a trailer. Unlikely to stop again.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt to start with. They had a line but the whole reason for using the app is not to wait in line. Went in to pick it up. It wasn’t on the shelf. So I asked them about the online order they took my name. I waited 12 minutes while they made five sandwiches for people waiting in line. And then asked again is my online order ready he said yeah I’m pretty sure it is. Give me a minute. And then turned around and took it off the counter from behind him and handed it to me. That could’ve been done 12 minutes earlier. Then had me sign a receipt that said I picked it up 15 minutes earlier

Was running a little late for work and had not much time to make it the job. I gambled on getting food, and if Rohan wasn't so quick in his craft I would have been late. Also the quality of the sandwiches were excellent. This is a well operated shop.

Waited in the drive thru for about it five minutes. Finally had to pull up to the window. Three workers were just standing around and chatting. I honked and got no response.

Went back around to the drive thru speaker. Someone said “what can I get for you?”. I told her that I waited for five minutes before and no one was there. She said “well I’m here now. What kind of sandwich do you want”.

No apology. No explanation.

I left and won’t be going back.

Last evening after an event at OSU we stopped in for a bite. Their was only one employee at the time taking care of business. With out warning she was slammed with about 20 patrons. She did the best she could and was very courteous to everyone. Great employee !!
