Saige needs to work on her attitude! Horrible customer service from her. She was standing around not doing anything while I was waiting for her to take my order and then finally she said rudely “can I help you?” When it came time for toppings on the sandwich I told her that I didn’t want toppings and she rudely stared at me and was rudely said “You actually want nothing???”. She either needs to get retrained in customer service or let go. I will not be returning here again. Also she squished one of my subs.

This employee needs to be fired immediately. Subway management, bring this person into your office and have a talk with him. I saw an elderly woman ask for the code to use the bathroom, and he gave out the code with such attitude it shocked me how disrespectful he was to an elderly woman. When I asked if the deal for a $6.99 sandwich was available he was rude and he answered: “No!” When he made my tuna sub, he kept scraping the bucket and barely gave me any tuna. I never asked for extra, I just asked for the bare minimum amount and he didn’t give me anything. Numerous times I have seen subway employees bring a brand new tuna bucket if they didn’t fill their required portion of tuna on a sandwich, but this guy was just lazy. He should have went back and got more tuna, but he didn’t, he scraped the bucket and just gave me vegetables in my sandwich. As he was making my sub, he threw the toppings on my sandwich as if I was some little kid. He clearly has no respect for customers and doesn’t give a damn about his job. I’ve seen numerous other people on Google maps complain about a similar experience to mine, yet this subway management is doing nothing about it. Disciplinary action must be taken immediately on this employee, and he must be replaced by someone new and competent to provide proper customer service!

Significant lack of meat in sandwiches and they were unwilling to put toppings on the footlong Dorito's nachos that weren't original. Bathroom was dirty. Only pro was the parking lot was large enough to pull into with a trailer. Unlikely to stop again.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt to start with. They had a line but the whole reason for using the app is not to wait in line. Went in to pick it up. It wasn’t on the shelf. So I asked them about the online order they took my name. I waited 12 minutes while they made five sandwiches for people waiting in line. And then asked again is my online order ready he said yeah I’m pretty sure it is. Give me a minute. And then turned around and took it off the counter from behind him and handed it to me. That could’ve been done 12 minutes earlier. Then had me sign a receipt that said I picked it up 15 minutes earlier
