Was running a little late for work and had not much time to make it the job. I gambled on getting food, and if Rohan wasn't so quick in his craft I would have been late. Also the quality of the sandwiches were excellent. This is a well operated shop.

Waited in the drive thru for about it five minutes. Finally had to pull up to the window. Three workers were just standing around and chatting. I honked and got no response.
Went back around to the drive thru speaker. Someone said “what can I get for you?”. I told her that I waited for five minutes before and no one was there. She said “well I’m here now. What kind of sandwich do you want”.
No apology. No explanation.
I left and won’t be going back.

Last evening after an event at OSU we stopped in for a bite. Their was only one employee at the time taking care of business. With out warning she was slammed with about 20 patrons. She did the best she could and was very courteous to everyone. Great employee !!

I am so disappointed by their service and attitude!!! Don’t waste your time coming here ! The costumer service is not the best ! They have rude staff and they burnt my food !! Not only that she dumped a lot of pepper in my sandwich even though I asked for a little bit. I would give them negative starts if I could !

Ordered on line. Got to the store told the guy was there for online order. He said ok I'll get it. They made 4 more orders until I got mine that was done and sitting on the back counter. Bread was so hard couldn't even eat it. Ended up eating the inside with a fork.
Always get something different when I go to Subway and it is always great

They give less then other subways in terms of meat, I had to order triple meat to equal my normal subway double sandwich I order, and paid 19$+ for I foot long sandwich flat bread 12”, insanely expensive and get less. I WOULD PASS ON THIS PLACE its is a clean store, but not a real average store, as well the employees did not seem so happy, as well they didn’t even cut the sandwich completely through ?. JUST REMEMBER GOD IS GREAT & THE USMC WILL ALWAYS WIN.
