The best date night spot in Albany. Great food, great drinks. Absolutely worth the price. We've been numerous times and have always been welcomed. Support a local family business!
The atmosphere here is really nice and cozy, definitely a great spot for a date night. Our server was super kind and even made something off the menu, which I appreciated. That said, the wait for food was almost 2 hours, and while the service was friendly, it was really slow. The biggest downside for me was how expensive everything was way overpriced for what you get. Not a bad place if you want ambiance, but it wouldn’t be my first choice to eat at again.
My spouse and I went here recently to celebrate a birthday. We both had the bistro steak which was perfectly prepared. I was concerned that medium rare might be too medium but this chef's medium rare was spot on. We started with the salmon mousse which was rich and delicious. We finished with the seasonal dessert special, a strawberry-rhubarb delight. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive.
