Exceptional food and staff! Halibut is the best I've ever had served anywhere in the world and I've traveled a lot. Highly recommend their wine pairing suggestions as well. Excellent service including attention to allergy needs and never pretentious or stuffy. A better meal and atmosphere cannot be found in Oregon!

Had the best lobster steak meal there with my work. Probably the best meal of my life!!!
This is one of the best restaurants on the West coast. You will not be disappointed.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Creative menu, farm to table theme, delicious food.
Wonderful friendly staff, great food, always enjoy our dining experience here.
A must visit....
Was on a first date here last night and luckily enough was able to get a fairly private table without a needed reservation. The hostess and manager were great to accommodate us with a table and great service. I got the jerk sturgeon with grilled pineapple and black beans. My date got the blackened seabass with dirty rice. The fish was cooked perfectly and had really great flavors. For dessert we split the mardigrass ice cream with chocolate beads. It was a coffee type icecream with soft pecans and whipped cream. Tasted really good. 😋. Our hostess kindly told us about the nearby dine in theater the block over and after dinner that's where we headed. Had a great time thanks to the help of our blonde hostess (I didn't get her name 🤦♀️)

The place seemed relaxing, atmosphere was great! However the waiter/manager was always in a rush and not very attentive! I had to interrupt his conversation he was having with the next table, which I thought was waaaay to long to be there when I needed him for something! They've say it's been in business for 24 years, but I don't think I'll be going back! The only thing I paid for was my soup, was good too! I left $1
Visited for a birthday dinner this evening, full family! Sybaris’ staff was very accommodating.
Loved the atmosphere, service was impeccable, food was outstanding.
Our table had the meatloaf, steaks, steelhead, scallops and duck and there were zero issues with any dish, fantastic attention to detail, perfectly done. I’ve had the privilege of eating at some very high end restaurants across the US, and this restaurant is right up there with the best of them.
Nothing but positive feedback to give. Highly recommend.
Great experience.
Jessie made our experience over the top. It was not just the finest dinner ever, it was an experience!
This is the possibly most elegant dining space in Oregon! The menu is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the best of the Pacific Northwest. Sybaris's professional staff is very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and make very good recommendations for wine pairings. The preparation and presentation are exquisite. Every visit is a new flavor experience. How very fortunate we are to have this treasure in downtown Albany! Kudos to Chef Mart Bennett and his amazing team.
