We spent 45$ and I asked for a receipt and they gave me a receipt with out the bar code so I could not get my points so I am pissed

Absolutely terrible. The food was horrible. After I explained (before I even got my food) the manager tried to tell me I had to pay for the thing they rang up incorrectly and the thing I wanted. The only reason I didn’t have to pay is because I said I wasn’t moving without the correct food.

When it comes to dining in it's all kiosk bass and food serve time is lowest priority for any and all employees there I definitely don't suggest going there in an attempt of dining in and I definitely don't suggest going in there to place an order inside your food will be cold when you get it

Going here ruined my schedule. I was tight on time, looking for a quick meal since I needed to drive down south, but they spent over 30 MINUTES and hadn't even STARTED my order. There were a ton of people who were there longer than me and didn't receive their orders yet as well. High school students can't afford to wait this long. We have classes and other places to be at. This is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant. I'm never going here again.

Very slow and very very rude to delivery drivers! Don't order delivery from this location because it will take 2 hours... Nobody wants to pick it up! The manager of this location needs to respect delivery drivers! Edit 2025 October

The restaurant was filthy, the manager Brittany W was VERY rude, and there was a sharpie mark on my crunch wrap and my wife's taco was in pieces... That manager needs to be fired and she yelled at us in the lobby in front of other customers, and they need to clean the restaurant... I will NEVER go back there again and I will have everyone I know stop going there...

I went through the drive thru. It was a 14 hour work day. They weren’t as busy as normal I forgot an item my toddler asked for. I asked Shay S if I could add it at the window she curtly said it was too late. She also didn’t bother to asked if we wanted sauce. If it was slammed I wouldn’t have even asked. But it wasn’t. Simply put she’s rude and very clearly miserable in life. I will take all my business to the other location in town from here on out.

Never been inside this location but the staff is nice and the restaurant always looks clean from outside when going through the drive through. Fast food itself is always just mediocre.
