I sit here in my car, disgusted with myself, having just slaughtered a family of Crunchwrap Supremes. Cheese and tomato litter my face, my hands, even the roof of my car. As the joy passes, I realize I need to clean up. What I need in this moment is napkins—a good, thick stack of napkins. Oh, what a wonderful thought.
I look to my ravaged Taco Bell bag and start to sweat. Did I see napkins in there? In my blind, food slaughtering rage, surely they are there, I just missed them. I reach across my passenger seat, cheese dripping off my arm my hand my fingers, for the bag that surely must have napkins. I open it. No! I close it, maybe it was a trick of the light? Cheese drips off my eyebrow. I open the bag again. No! No napkins? Inconceivable. Surely a place that sells food to be eaten in a car, a place that bequeaths paper wraps full of taco filling with a tortilla on the side, would give napkins. NAPKINS! Am I the crazy one? No, no, surely not.
I look again, whipping my head towards the bag, splattering my windshield with cheese from my hair. Alas, no napkins. It is a dark day today. The cheese has flooded my car. It's up to my neck now, with nothing to wipe it away. I will perish tonight. If only I had napkins.

Order my food they forgot the Doritos taco and I asked them about it and when I received it it was unwrapped and thrown in the bag we went back through the drive through and told them and showed it to them so they made another one and taped it all up with stickers I will not be going back to that taco bell and they were one of my favorite places to eat

They messed up our order and we went back with the bag of food so they and ask if we could get the right order and they charge us a second time. this is the second time they did this this store is trash at least the one near the freeway don't mess up like this one.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I came in at 9:15pm with no one greeting me, and when I asked a question or wanted some general help on the kiosk they had major attitude. Everyone seemed super angry except for one nice person wiping down tables. I was the only customer in the lobby and didn't get my food until 9:50pm. The girl just flopped the bag of food on the counter and walked off. I got home and every item was made incorrectly and missing one item. I don't want a refund or anymore food, except firing everyone working that shift on January 29th, 2025 between 9pm -10pm. ( except for the nice woman that was wiping down the tables.)

I was just in picking up a delivery and I had to use the women's restroom and the soap dispenser did not work in the bathroom smelled like somebody had been vaping in the bathroom and conveniently there was an employee in there before me

I used the drive thru so not much to say. I only picked up food for myself 1 time the other 8 times I was picking up either for Uber Eats or Door Dash

Portions are small, even for TB. The prices are about 40 to 90 cents more than Staytons location. Also no hot sauce or anything available unless you specifically ask for it. Nah, other better options near by.

This is awful…what happened to a live person up front? So either wait in line after a dozen other cars, or go into the lobby where nobody greets you and it takes about 5 minutes just to make an order on the kiosk. If I hadn’t asked I wuda waited on my order for all 12 cars. No spoons etc in lobby.
