they switched our order and the onion rings (that cost extra) that came with my burger were 6 tiny things barely onion rings at all. 😥

One of the worst services I have ever had. Had to wait about 30 mins for our order to be taken after asking for it. Apparently they switched waiters and didn't tell him he was taking over. Then about an hour of waiting they talked to someone next to us that arrived after saying there food was almost out, that's when they tell us they lost our order after we ask what happened to ours. They retook our order and moved us to the front of the line but that still took 15-20 mins. They forgot my dad's toast and then when we asked for it he received it cold. My chicken strips were overcooked. We got our drinks free but not sure that was even intentional as the waiter didn't tell us about it. so overall we were there for about 2 hours....
Sounded like it was a bad day and everyone around was having to wait a long time. Staff needs better training to communicate things better about how long it was going to take, how close we were to getting our food, how it tasted, etc..
I have had several good experiences here in the past but this time was simply terrible

Didn't know Dennys turned into a t*tty bar. I came with my grandson for lunch and this blonde lady was wearing a white shirt with her knockers clear as day, I don't mind myself, but I had my grandson with me. I asked the server if that was normal for employees to dress like that and they told me it was the manager. I don't like having to explain to my son why my grandson keeps saying "daddy we saw b**bies at lunch!" Definitely won't be taking my grandkids here again.
