I love The Human Bean! I always have a great experience at this location. The drinks are delicious & the baristas are super nice! I usually order a Snickers granita or a Green Tea smoothie (my kid's favorite)
Not only are the workers friendly, they remember your drink!!!\nThey make the best Non fat Green Tea Smoothies! Also for my hot drink I will get a 12 oz. , triple shot, sugar free, non-fat Vanilla/Carmel Latte. You know what ? I never have to repeat my drink order. Caitlin and Erica are so very professional and friendly! I always look forward to seeing them😄
I've been going to The Human Bean at this location for over a year. Here is what I've experienced:\n1) They never put a sleeve on hot drinks. I have reported this to them four or five times now and they usually don't respond. When they do they say, "We always put sleeves on our hot drinks." It has become quite a joke between me and a coworker who goes with me and has seen it.\n2) Last Friday they put my coffee bean in the whipped cream and it sunk. I never...
