Being from The Bay State myself I have missed so much food back east. I was just talking about how I have been craving a steak n cheese. Then I stumbled across this place. I’m addicted. I can’t wait to come back and try everything.

If you want a fresh deliciously tasty flavorful sandwich (or burger, etc) this is the place 100%. It's not here for atmosphere or entertainment or views, just good eats! It's in a funky basement corner room under the courthouse- unique! Follow your Google maps directions to the right hand side of the building and then signage in and down inside. I had the steak bomb sandwich. Big, hot, with gooey cheese and lots of deep grilled steak flavor. The hoagie it was on was...

Best sandwich place in the area. I haven't had a better sandwich south of Portland. It's a little hard to find, buried down in the basement of the courthouse but man the meat was fresh and the food was delicious.
Best Reuben I've had! Not drenched in dressing like other places, just the right amount of everything. Heck when I went down there I saw the cook dressing the meat so you know it's fresh. How this place has been hiding in that little basement...
